The place is very clean, and considering this was the cheapest option in Civitavechia, we were pleased with how nice it was. The receptionist kindly agreed to keep our luggage inside until our cruise check-in, so that we would have some time to walk around the city, which is also nice, by the way. And one of the advantages is how close the place is to the port :)

Nothing, everything was great for our quick stay. There’s a lovely place about 200m down the road to grab some breakfast too.

This was a flying visit as we needed somewhere to stay after leaving the ferry from Barcelona. This place was perfectly located. Clean, comfortable and had safe parking. The staff were great. We had a problem with our arrival time due to a delay at our end. The staff were amazing and super accommodating. Couldn’t have been more helpful!

No refrigerator or tea/coffee making facilities in room or breakfast provided, but these did not detract from the accommodation.

Boutique style hotel in close proximity to the cruise terminal for us to walk there. Friendly, helpful staff. Good size, clean, comfortable room on the second floor with a large adjoining bathroom and outlook towards the harbour. No lift so need to negotiate stairs. Very good value. Excellent pizza restaurant on roundabout to cruise terminal and closer small breakfast café.

The hotel is conveniently located for those who arrive very late by ferry from Barcelona. Plenty parking spaces,clean room. I can't ask anything more for the price I paid.

Really kind woman at the reception. Good location, close to to bars and restaurants, 10min walk. Close to the beach, 10/15min walk. Rooms basic, for only sleep and shower perfect!

It was a little misleading. It is 100 meters from the port, but you cannot walk directly towards the port terminal. Would need a cab ride if you have luggage since the roads are not suitable for walking with luggage.

No elevator. We refused to carry luggage up stairs manually. However, the hosts kindly let us store it in the reception area. The shower was inconsistent, so we were scalded, then frozen. We could not find a happy medium. But needed a shower after a day in the sun.

Friendly hosts. Hotel is old but close (walking distance) to centre and amenities. Room though small was clean and comfortable. When we couldn't get a taxi, they provided a reliable taxi number.

We arrived around 4 in the afternoon and the door was locked. A sign said not to ring the bell, but to telephone. Which we did, as well as an alternate number, for about 45 minutes. When the hostess did emerge she was completely unapologetic. We realize that this is a small and inexpensive place, but that behavior cannot be excused.

Great location for cruisers. Only 100 meters to the buses which take you directly to your boat. The hostess is knowledgeable but having a few Italian phrases in your toolbox will prove invaluable.

Close to everything! Great pizza just down the street. Walking distance to cruise port area free shuttle. Nice large bathroom. Staff carried luggage upstairs. Above and beyond service. Comfortable bed.
