I liked the location near the sea and the fact that they upgraded our room. Additionally, I appreciated that they brought us new towels every day.

The villa was very clean. The area is quiet and perfect for rest. A nice beach was right down the street. We also liked the shuttle service with those golf cars from the parking area to the villa - so no cars in the resort area. There is as well possibility to book the shuttle service in advance in the morning of the checkout.

It was too far away from our car and we always get lost trying to find our car. The place was confusing to get around. They don’t have an iron in the rooms

The room was modern and spacious. Love that is was a house not an apartment so we had an outside area to enjoy. The place was great for a family who just like to stay in one place when they travel

Compared to our last stay 2019 the prices have increased significantly. Not just for the accommodation, but prices in Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are really at Dutch level (or even more expensive). This has nothing to do with Istrian Villas Plava Laguna, this applies to Croatie after Covid, impact of the war and moving to the Euro I guess.

Compared to our last stay the Villa had been refurbished: a new kitchen, a new bathroom with a walk in shower replacing the shower-in-bath and there were 2 flatscreen tv's with internet and cast functionality

The privecy of the property was perfect, it was comfortable and big enough for all of us.

We didn't figure out until the last thay that we should put out a sign if we wished the room to be made up. So, only towels were changed on a daily basis.

Check-in and check-out are the main problems. Upon arrival we didn't find the right parking and therefore didn't get shuttle transfer but had to walk from the entrance to the reception and then to the villa with all the luggage. I think instructions could be more clear and sent in advance. Also check-out procedure was a bit unpleasant. They picked up our luggage at 9:15 and instructed us to leave the villa at 10 am but already at 9:40 housekeeping entered, put their stuff at the terrace and it became clear we were not welcome anymore. Oil, pepper and salt would be good to have in the kitchen. Also providing beach towels would be great.

Great location, spacious and well equipped villa, silence and good sleep quality, was not too crowded in September, friendly stuff, good infrastructure, clean and comfortable.

Outstanding experience. Great reception, very professional staff, great choice of food in the restaurant and extra friendly staff. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis.

The only thing that we did not like was that in the last 3 years we had a much nicer panorama from our villa to the sea. This time there was hardly any view on the sea; however, we already specified a villa very much in advance we wanted to stay in. Maybe next time we will be luckier.

We love this resort very much, it is fantastic! It was the fourth time we were here. The villas are very nice, calm and friendly environment, great beach for SUP or snorkeling, as well as to just be at the beach.

- If you like quiet evenings, just make sure there is no ATP Tennis Tournament at the stadium, which is just across the laguna. It usually takes place in the second half of July and it means loud disco music EVERY night. You can hear it everywhere. When we closed all windows, it was okay a we could sleep. Next time we’ll book another time of year. Otherwise everything perfect.

Beautiful villa, great location, one the best stays we had. New and modern furniture, beautiful bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, great terrace, lots of natural shadow from the trees. Beaches, pools, restaurants, supermarket, playground, ice-cream, .. everything is near. Everything you could possibly need on a vacation with children. Will come back for sure.

Previous time when we were here, one of the pools had sea water, yet this time swimming pool was with normal water

Nice refurbished villa type hotel next to the beachfront. Free sunbeds on the beaches around the houses. Each villa has gas grill on the terrasse on top of the kitchenette in the house. Added new outside relax pool! Dog friendly!

staff very accommodating, electric vehicles always available for transport of elderly relative with limited mobility. As requested, we were assigned to a villa very near to pool given his mobility problems. great care of gardens and lanes with immediate cleanup after thunderstorm. villas very private in spite of vicinity thanks to orientation of verandas, curtains etc. only complaint, no cutting board in the kitchen. everything great!

We missed only one thing: there was not any sweep or wash up. Although the cleaning team came every day, these equipment could be useful to clean up the crumbs after eating with my son.

The villa was new, all of the rooms and the facilities were really nice. The garden was well kept, the grass was amazing.

We stayed in villas for 6 people with two bedrooms , the villa was completely new with a big terrace and bbq . The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary utensils of good quality. large plus two bathrooms , large terrace with sun loungers .
