Lovely apartment in a fantastic location, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. Nikola, our host, was truly exceptional. After a car accident left us without transportation, Nikola went above and beyond by personally driving us to and from the insurance company multiple times. He even generously offered to extend our stay in his apartment, ensuring we were comfortable and taken care of during a stressful time. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. I can't wait to return and highly recommend this property to everyone looking for a fantastic place to stay!

A lovely, clean, and quiet apartment. Just 10 mins walk to the old town. Comfortable bed and everything you need in the kitchen to prepare food for yourself. We loved our 2 night stay , would recommend 👌

There are certain issues to be resolved, such as a certain type of bugs in the room. We have complained in that regard and received a bottle of wine as an apology. However, the old, stinky carpet should be removed ASAP.

The apartment has a flat & short walk distance to Dubrovnik old town. It is good for two nights stay. But we booked for four nights without having room to be cleaned. As nowhere to dry the bath towels, we had to use the wet & dirty bath towels over four days. And it was running out of toilet paper, with only a tiny rubbish bin without an extra bag, there is nowhere to put four days' empty water bottles but on the room floor. The room floor is also dirty without being cleaned for such a period. It looks like the owner does not welcome good money from long stay customer. This is definitely not recommended for anyone who would stay more than two nights.

First of all the owner was rude not helpful and not friendly at all, Second. The apartment was dirty with stain on the sheets and full moisture and very humid. Quilt, blankets and towels were maybe 30 years old. The furniture was very old falling apart and very dirty. Third, the apartment rules after you make the payment were ridicules .You had to take out the trash, you have to clean the house before you leave, and basically you will have to clean the house for the owner otherwise was going to charge you. Although there was an AC you couldn’t operate it as was shut off by the owner and he told us that the ac was connected to a smart home with his own settings, temperature and cold or hot. The second night was cold and we couldn’t turn on the ac. We were at the ground floor and the main water boiler was in our room so anytime someone else from the building using the water you could hear a loud noise in the room. We couldn’t sleep. If you have small kids stay away from this room as there a big hazard for electricity wires being uncover. That room was probably a garage and make it a room to rent. Its a shame booking accept such a horrible place to be advertised their web site Do your self a favor and if you are reading this review stay away from this apartment.
