There was a lot of noise coming from the street and it was a little bit scary at one point because the entrance to the apartment is directly on the street.

The location of the apartment is perfect, and the bed vas comfortable. Ideal for one ore two people.

Didn't match the photos. It's just an apartment with 3 rooms essentially.

Despite the points below, it was very cheap and amazing location! So good for a cute budget stay and discovery of Split, but not if you want a necessarily comfort lounge in your accommodation.

Very noisy at night. Room and bathroom are very small. You get what's you paid for.

Where is the property was very comfortable and clean and centrally located – it needs a little updating. But I understand from Gordona that is happening very shortly.

Very central location – the most we had to walk was 1 km to Anywhere. Gordona was most helpful, Friendly and most welcoming. We found the windows practically soundproof – I know is that some people commented on noise from the street. But As someone with sleep apnoea- the windows work great. Lots of of hot water at all times – plenty of towels. kitchen was sufficient and clean and for the price as charged – it was all great value. Cardona was there on call at all times – even at 2 am in the morning! She was a great help in finding the property using Google Maps pin location

some other guests were a bit noisy in the kitchen in the late evening, singing and talking loudly. Could hear all thorugh the door.

more quiet location on west edge of old town, still very central. Many nice restaurants around, and main sights. The room had space and had nice clean bathroom and was facing a quiet backyard. Friendly owner. Convenient cooking stuff, microwave and water kettle & dishes provided.

It is a very noisy section of town when trying to sleep, but that must be expected when staying in this area.

The shower does not close properly, but I believe it would be fix soon. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The host was extremely nice. The apartment is very clean and well finished (microwave, washing machine, fridge, and everything needed for cooking). The location is perfect, downtown, but since the rooms are on the second floor, it is very quite. It is really close to all the main attraction, highly recommended.

We didnt know that we timed our trip to the same weekend as the Ultra festival, so the prices were higher, but that was throughout Split, so not just here. Gordana said she gave us the quieter room, which was smaller, but after seeing the bigger rooms location with bars just below the window, we thanked her for her insight and were very happy with a smaller but quieter room.

Gordona (or mama) was so so lovely. She greeted us with a big smile and was so cheerful and helpful every day of our stay. She even did our laundry for us which was over and above expectations. The location is fantastic, 3 min walk to everywhere and an amazing restaurant right outside the door.

Sometimes it was a bit noisy in the night, but don't forget, this appartement is in the middle of the old part of Split, so there is no reason to complain.

Shower head wouldn't stay in place as the mount was broken. No WiFi signal would reach the room.

The noise from the street. Unfortunately my bedroom was facing quite of a busy street, so the noise from the people partying outside was a bit hard to handle even with the windows closed. This was the only issue for me.

Excellent location and the host was very helpful and kind with all of us.
