We didn't have good communication with the person in charge of the place. We sent an email through the booking platform informing our arrival time. When we arrived, there was no one there, and there wasn't even a notice. We spent 1 hour trying to contact the person in charge. Another issue was the lack of attention to detail, as the door blind was broken, which compromised the privacy. We had to improvise by using a towel.

It has a great location, the apartment is close to the city center, about a 15-minute walk away. It's quiet, ideal for those who want to relax. The bedroom comfortable. The kitchen has all the basic utensils. The bathroom has an excellent shower and everything is very clean. The apartment is clean, beautiful and good for 2 persons.

The kitchen in Studio 2 is a bit cramped.

Villa Tania and Tania the host are both wonderful. It makes such a difference having such a nice host living at the property. The nearby rocky beach is down a steep rocky path and is not suitable for young children but is wonderful once you are there. There are toilets and places to getbfood and drink. There is a shop near the Villa and Hvar is wonderful.

In studio 2 the kitchen area is too cramped. But ir was bigger in the other studios.

Tania and her son are wonderful hosts who share parts of their home with guests. The villa is beautiful and old with lots of greenery. The nearest beach is down a rocky path and is rocky and not suitable for young families, but is great for anyone else. There is a shop nearby and Hvar is a wonderful place. The air-conditioned work well. Tania did a big load of washing for us for just 10€. We will definitely be recommending it to people.

The accommodation is located on the top of the hill so be prepared to climb a few stairs.

the room had everything we needed - three single beds, small kitchen, separate bathroom, air conditioning, wifi and even a massive balcony with a view to the mountains! the room was clean, our host was lovely and we had everything we needed. Thank you!!!

Location was a little out of Hvar for the walk to the ferry but that's only our fault.

Comfy stay with a little private terrace, shaded by greenery. Host very friendly and helpful. Small beach about 10mins walk with a couple of good beach bar restaurants ( double that for coming back , steep uphill!)

The flat was great with all facilities. Tania is an amazing host and provide us anything we needed. The room has a small kitchen with all necessary equipment and shower is also great. We highly recommend this place!!

Too formal application of rules for cancellation in my case, where the other apartment cancelled was rented to other guests. So, the penalty had no reason.

Everything was incredible! Apartment was spotless and hosts were the kindest! The most beautiful beach in Hvar is close by, the store is a few minutes away and the center is not far away. 10/10 for real. If I ever come back, I know where I'll be staying.

It's a bit of a uphill walk from the center (just 10-15min, though) but on the other hand there is a short cut to the beach nearby.

The place is absolutely charming! The modern room is decorated with good taste and on top of that, all the rooms have a lovely terrace where you can have your breakfast/dinner. The room and kitchen have everything you need for a pleasant stay so I can strongly recommend Villa Tania!

There was nowhere to sit and eat in the property except on the bed if it was cold outside.

Property was clean and well presented.It had everything you require in a self-catering property. The Harbour is approx 10 minutes walk. The walk to the property is uphill. The owner is pleasant if you need anything she's happy to help. It rained one day and we found 2 umbrellas outside our door.

The fridge has a personality on its own. But it's ok once you manage.

The place is really nice and the hostess (miss Tânia) is very friendly. She gave us a series of suggestions to visit on the island. The house is near beaches and a few minutes walking to Hvar town center. The patio is a nice environment for a calming breakfast or wine after a long day.

The place is on top of a hill, little tough to come back to from the main town but not a deal breaker by any means.

the shower tended to overspill onto bathroom floor. there is very little natural light in the room, which I appreciated because it kept the room cool.

the room was spotlessly clean. it was great having a little kitchenette and facilities to make my own food. outdoor seating area was shaded which was needed in the heat. the staff were exceptionally friendly, I got given a cool bottle of water when I arrived which was nice. Tania had great recommendations of things to do and places to eat. couldn’t have asked for a better stay and at such an amazing price, I was blown away. will be staying here next time I visit Hvar!

We booked very last minute and had a wonderful stay. Great value for money and great facilities including kitchen equipment. About a 15 minute walk from Hvar port and centre. Convenient grocery shop 3 min walk away. Would recommend for a trip to Hvar if you're able to complete a 15 minute walk to the centre which includes quite steep hills.
