SloveniaRoom was not well cleaned (dust), some things needed maintenance, but the hotel sorted it put right away without complaining. However, I can't imagine being here in the summer (high season), with no shadow at the balcony (no roof), pools or the beach (except umbrellas) when it has to be overcrowded with tourists and vehicles.
Ideal vacation for spring (we were in the middle of May). Warm enough, possible swimming in the sea, otherwise always in several (salt or freshwater, hot or normal) hotel pools, excellent location for walking, running slat the sea level. Hotel rooms are great size, modern decorated, excellent breakfast with everything (coffee machines, juices, pancakes, yogurt, seeds, ham, cheeses, jams, croissants, eggs (several types), vegetables, fruit..., nice stuff always smiling and ready to help you.

SloveniaFew things to improve: - too small fitness area (max 3 people, each occuping one machine) with no AC - the balconies have nice view, but you cannot enjoy it as it has no sun covers and is schorching hot outside - the AC works only on at predefined temperature, for some it might not be cold enough - outdated doors to hotel room (regular key) - noise isolation is poor in rooms - bathroom needs to be also updated - we didnt like our experience during the dinner where the personel finds you a place and you need to stay there each night, we asked to be moved in because sitting outside was too hot, only to get sitted inside where no AC worked - on the beach there are lots of beach beds, but you need to rent them (25 EUR / day for two). If you dont rent them, you cannot enjoy the beach as they occupy most of it. The hotel beach beds are free, but they are quite far from the sea

CroatiaLocation is good, as well as the view from the room and staff. Refurbished building 70's style of tourism but still decent. However they should try to do a bit better with the cuisine and serving which reminds a bit of 70's or 80's style (I am from that generation so, i didn't' mind it much). Still good value for money and good for relaxation if you are not too demanding (if you are, go to some fashionable luxury place, like Nice or ...). Can recommend for relaxation and short holiday in May.

Poland- Transparent toilet door in the room is the biggest mistake of all time. No privacy at all. Why!? - Parking is way too small, it’s really hard to find a space. We even decided to not to travel to the best nearby attractions as we were worried to lose our parking space. - Breakfast was okay, but they serve the same food everyday. - Hotel is actually quite old. You can feel it especially inside the rooms. They don’t look like 4**** experience. - Elevators are the nightmare in this gigantic 7-floors hotel. They are tiny, slow, a single button to control 2 main elevators. It takes ages to get the elevator, you can see people being really frustrated about them.
The view from the balcony was amazing. Literally everything: the sea/mountains/parks/boats/swimming pools/old town.

GermanyArrival: Parking is overcrowded - there's barely any free spot available, especially in the second half of the day. Check-in: Very unfriendly attitude by the staff at the reception. Internet: During our stay Internet (Wi-Fi) wasn't working. We were told that they "were working on fixing it", but after 3 days it still didn't work. So we believe it's a permanent issue, and the technical issue is just an excuse. Lifts: only 2 small lifts for a huge facility - it results in awfully long waiting times, even not at peak times. Balcony: balcony itself is nice and big, with a beautiful view at the bay. However, there's barely any separation from the other rooms' balconies - so you see all the people around, and they see you. if anyone starts smoking - all the smoke goes to you. And as the hotel slopes down in steps as a pyramid, people from the upper balconies also see everything what you're doing on yours. Room: room is rather spacious and offers some good room for a family. However, air conditioning wasn't working properly - with only barely some cooled air blowing through the vents even at maximum speed. Thus, sleeping was not comfortable, and opening door to the balcony wasn't an option on safety grounds - see the above point. Catering: that's the most disappointing part of our experience. We had a room booked with Breakfast. For some reason, people with half board can reserve tables for breakfast, while people with breakfast only - can't. So they're given tables through a sole decision of a man who considers himself "king of the hill' in the restaurant and decides as he wishes - name's Dino. Technically, it can be considered a 'price discrimination' of the customers - we've never ever seen such a thing in other many hotels that we've been to.
The location in the beautiful bay of Rabac is the main attraction and the only advantage of this resort. Unfortunately, everything else falls under the negative part.
