The entrance was not so pretty and quite far from the center

It was a big apartment with everything to be confortable The person in charge was algo very kind. We had an issue with the check in but she solved it properly and even compensated us with a dinner :)

We had an amazing vacation stay at this apartment. The sea view from the window was breathtaking. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect, with easy access to the old town and beach. Having a store in the same building was very convenient. We highly recommend this place!

The entrance to the building feels a bit dodgy. Not too many places to eat nearby other than by walking to the Old Town.

Great view, very comfortable spacious place. Well equipped kitchen. Amazing little beach close by and within walking distance (about 20min) from the Old Town.

Mattress so uncomfortable, we both had backache and my personal discomfort was the cushions, blankets, pillows etc had been used from previous visitors and not Steamed clean or washed. (Covid-19) Not enough towels provided for 2 for 4 days.

Excellent location for walking to old town. Friendly host, left us check-in early. Great views, near beach. Great value for money.

the room window makes a lot noise because the wind, made the sleep night a bit difficult however the room is comfortable, the entrance of the building doesn’t match with how great the apartment is inside, all new and organised, worth for the price

The photos show two apartments in the same listing, so ours was a bit different than expected, primarily a much smaller bathroom. There are minimal supplies in the apartment, which was fine with us because we bring or purchase what we need, but guests should be aware if they are expecting more.

The apartment has a beautiful view, nearby beach, convenient to Old Towne, and a small store downstairs. The host was kind and flexible. AC kept the place comfortable in the summer. Host responded quickly when we were missing some sheets and came back out to the apartment at night (30 min from her home) to make sure we had what we needed.

Everything was fine

The location is probably one of the best in Dubrovnik. A stunning view to the bay, quick access to the beach at noble hotel Bellevue. Large space, balcony, separate bedroom, comfortable bed. 9 points, as I give 10 only to absolute luxury. This was top standard and great. Thank you!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The best part was the view, we enjoyed the balcony the most. Perfect location for stay and very near to old city. I would definitely come back.

Great location (15 mins walk to old town) and good bus link , big supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The view from the flat was amazing ! Zorana communicated with us very often to make sure we got everything we need.

Perfect place for a stay in Dubrovnik. Clean and well equipped. Great sea view and little beach 5min away. Groceries stores around. Bus stop down the street, walking to the center is about 20min. The owner is flexible and cool. Thanks!

The apartment has the best location. It is near the old town and near the beach. The guest was very kind and helpful. She helped us to park the car in a free parking place. The view from the balcony is amazing. Definetly would come back!

Towels :/

Lovely apartment closed to the center and with a great view ! The host was reachable quickly and took time to show us all to do in dubrovnik ! We also could stay after 10am the day of the departure !

Bed was full of hair and other areas of the apartment. Floor was dirty, did not seem to have been cleaned properly. I was shocked about the so called excellent reviews but in reality it is like rating 5 stars and getting 2 stars. The view was great but giving excellent reviews should include everything which in this case it became average or below average. Even asking for proper bedsheets seemed too much to ask, and the care takers seem to not have slept in an orderly and clean bed before. This is quite basic in my opinion.
