Great location close to ferry, bus and train station as well as Diocletian's Palace. Apartment is spacious and well appointed. Complimentary drinks on arrival a nice touch. Highly recommended.

The apartment is in a great location about 5 minute walk from the old town in Split. It is also only about 10 minute walk to ferry terminal and main bus station. You have very easy access to multiple food outlets, restaurants, grocery stores and the local market is five minutes walk away. The apartment is not big but is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and has all the things you need including a good kitchen. Lela was a very accommodating and helpful host. Great value for money in Split which is a beautiful city with lots of places to see nearby.

The location was excellent. Near enough to the old town to get there in ten minutes walking and quiet to enjoy a good night sleep. I loved how well-equipped the kitchen was with quality-matching plates and glasses. Most apartments offer mismatched sets purchased in garage sales.

Absolutely nothing!

Lela takes great pride in her work and was a breath of fresh air and took time to show us where everything was in the apartment; restaurant tips and foods to try! The studio apartment was spacious, comfortable and great value for money! The apartment is away from the main roads but conveniently located as it is 5 mins walk of the old town, public transport and the port to visit all the islands! I could not recommend this highly enough!

Owner is amazing and cool girl😉. When we arrive she provide for me pop-bottle of domestic cold beer😅 what was rely needful after long trip. After, like old friends she share for us all necessary information and mention everything on map. Appartaments really very good , situated in old part of city so we was in 5 minutes acces for all important point of Split. Air-condition , wi-fi, tv all good there . Even boiler for water was enough for shower (2 person), of course if you like dolphin its will be small problem. 100% we will back and booked again . 10/10 . Thanks Lana for everything. The hot water in the shower is limited so made washing hair a little difficult but it’s not too bad.

This place was the perfect location, close to the city but away from the main area so was quiet. It had everything we needed, and the host was responsive. We recommend!

The small inconvenience was that apartment is a little underground so there's not much light, but if you enjoy your time outside it's not a big deal.

Lela is a very nice host! We got all the instructions we needed for Split right away :) The location of the apartment is amazing, beaches are close by and it's only 5 minutes to the historical centre and markets. Inside is everything you need for a comfortable stay, even if you prefer to cook yourself. A great value for money, would recommend!

The apartment was fine. But I'm just not a fan of outrageously expensive and terribly overcrowded Split and Dubrovnik. I don't know how the locals cope with the prevailing price levels.

The owner was always very quick to respond to questions on the Booking.com app. And when we met her at check in, she was full of useful info and tips. She seemed really nice. The apartment is located very conveniently. But be aware that you can't drive / park near it. So if you've got big luggage, you might prefer somewhere else. The apartment has plenty of wardrobe / cupboard space and a well equipped kitchen. It's a bit small but you can see the square-metre size on booking.com so this wasn't a surprise. It was perfect for our 3nts

Everything was fine. I like natural light but the windows have to be closed to keep the heat out, which is very understandable! Not an issue really!

Very clean and good size for European conditions! Excellent location. I loved the coffee maker and the filters included. No need to go more steps :)

The host was fantastic, Lela kindly allowed us to check in earlier and ran through some 'must see' spots in Split. The location was great - roughly 10 minutes walk to the centre and the just under to the closet beach. Split exceeding all our expectations and we have pir location to thank for that experience, thank you!

The apartment is street level, and whilst the shutters provide privacy, we did have to close the windows and stick the AC on at night to mask the late night revellers ! I would recommend ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. But honestly, it's a really charming street and this was the only negative.

Great location for old city, beaches, ferry etc all easy walking distances. Very helpful, lovely host who made time to welcome us and provide useful information. The apartment was compact but comfortable, a very well equipped kitchen (useful as the restaurants are expensive) and good shower, firm bed etc. All newly renovated and squeaky clean.
