We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomFirst night was a bit warm as hadn't worked out the air con controls. Bed was firmer than some but room very quiet so good sleep.
All the Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location meant we could walk everywhere. The room was cosy but well laid out, we had a window which was pleasant. Kettle provided, a bottle of water was appreciated. Bathroom functional, TV on wall, air con controls on wall. Toiletries provided. Cheese and wine free in Tuesday evening were a nice touch.

United KingdomDay staff on 16/5/24 werent as friendly/ helpful as they could've been. Their tone/ smiles soon disappeared when asked questions. Our room smelt of damp every time we entered the room. Think it was the shower/ shower trap. The bed was like sleeping on a brick. On the first night my partner and myself didn't sleep at all. Which in a way ruined our holiday as we were both so tired. Second night was broken sleep.
We stayed 2 nights. Night staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help. Especially on the evening of 17/5/24. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Very modern and in a central location. Pizza in hotel was outstanding.

United KingdomRooms are small but totally understandable as it’s converted old property. When we opened blinds the windows were stained by seagulls but I can understand its impossible to clean it on daily basis. Overall no complaints.
The hotel is in the heart of Bath. Very clean, modern, the staff (Richard) very polite, professional and helpful. Bed was comfy, we had good night sleep.

AustraliaThe parking prices were steep for long-term parking but seemed the same all over the world.the hotel room was very small,suitable for shortstay, if one had to stay for a week, then there was no room for large suit cases, not really suitable for tourists staying long stays.
The location to the Bath city centre was very good, it's a very old Roman town with plenty to do for tourists.
