Probably the rooms were not as big in relation to the price you pay for a night. May be the location justifies that price.

First night was a bit warm as hadn't worked out the air con controls. Bed was firmer than some but room very quiet so good sleep.

All the Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location meant we could walk everywhere. The room was cosy but well laid out, we had a window which was pleasant. Kettle provided, a bottle of water was appreciated. Bathroom functional, TV on wall, air con controls on wall. Toiletries provided. Cheese and wine free in Tuesday evening were a nice touch.

Day staff on 16/5/24 werent as friendly/ helpful as they could've been. Their tone/ smiles soon disappeared when asked questions. Our room smelt of damp every time we entered the room. Think it was the shower/ shower trap. The bed was like sleeping on a brick. On the first night my partner and myself didn't sleep at all. Which in a way ruined our holiday as we were both so tired. Second night was broken sleep.

We stayed 2 nights. Night staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help. Especially on the evening of 17/5/24. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Very modern and in a central location. Pizza in hotel was outstanding.

Transparent bathroom walls, would prefer solid walls. Shower control ultra sensitive, one degree of rotation is difference between freezing and boiling. Sink plug does not allow water to be retained in sink.

Excellent staff, very friendly and professional. Very clean room. Good choice of drinks in room. Very comfortable bed. Good sized TV with easy to use remote.

Rooms are small but totally understandable as it’s converted old property. When we opened blinds the windows were stained by seagulls but I can understand its impossible to clean it on daily basis. Overall no complaints.

The hotel is in the heart of Bath. Very clean, modern, the staff (Richard) very polite, professional and helpful. Bed was comfy, we had good night sleep.

The parking prices were steep for long-term parking but seemed the same all over the world.the hotel room was very small,suitable for shortstay, if one had to stay for a week, then there was no room for large suit cases, not really suitable for tourists staying long stays.

The location to the Bath city centre was very good, it's a very old Roman town with plenty to do for tourists.

I can cope with but don't like the rooms without a window as you don't know what the weather's like outside. You end up holed up in darkness

The rooms and ensuite are small

The location was excllent, central to all attractions, and great choice of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The cable tv offering was very good. There was a bottle of water left in the room and you could refill it at reception. They had a cheese and wine reception for the guests one of the evenings, which was a nice. The staff were friendly and obliging. While the rooms were small and snug it was clean and comfortable for the few days we were there. All things considered it was good value.

The mattresses in the room were very firm and we really struggled to sleep.

The free wine and cheese event was fantastic. The variety of food available at breakfast was fantastic. Lovely and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Great facilities.
