Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is on the Market Square right in the centre - easy to walk everywhere. There is a (cheap) nearby car park. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

United KingdomTrade off for an excellent central location is that it was very noisy during late evening and early hours of the morning outside which woke us up. We stayed on a Saturday evening when it was Spalding Flower Parade so would have been busier than usual. Weather was hot so had to leave window open. Much quieter when window was closed. Fan didn’t work in the room. No on site parking but a convenient, local car park a couple of minutes away.
Location - excellent Central location for access to local amenities and restaurants. Clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

United KingdomFound our second floor room a bit hot, as it was a very warm day. There was a fan in the room which made it bearable.. Also I personally found the mattress a little uncomfortable. And no car park attached to hotel but several nearby parking areas and very short walk.
Good location for town centre. Excellent food Hard working team of ladies looked after us Excellently.. At £5 the breakfast was excellent and good value.

Amazing location right in the centre. The rooms were freshly decorated which was nice. Staff were so nice and friendly, and even prepared an 'off-menu' lunch for my young children which was very thoughtful.
