In all honesty, I couldn't fault the place.

Spotlessly clean and lovely people. Central to all the tourist spots and great value for money. Will stay again the next time I'm in Blackpool and would have no hesitation recommending it to any visiting the town.

Would definitely recommend this hotel absolutely fantastic would definitely stay here again the owners are so lovely and friendly and very welcoming and owners went above and beyond to make everything perfect no complains from me one of the best hotels ever stated at in blackpool definitely great value for money.

Ray and his staff were lovely! Breakfast was great and quick friendly service. Great location. Room was clean and was offered fresh items in the morning such as towels, bin emptied and extra toilet rolls. Bar was nice. It was a lovely experience for us as a family. Would definitely go back!

The room felt a bit dark, possibly due to the location as all of the properties on the terraced row extend out at the back. So perhaps some additional reading lights over the bed could be a possibility for the future? 2 bath towels and a shower mat - no hand towel supplied.

We stayed in Room 3 up on the first floor. Spotlessly clean, the bathroom glistened and every line of grouting and sealant was clean and white. Good curtains. A kettle and 2 mugs (we like mugs) for tea making. Breakfast was good - we don't eat hash browns or fried bread so sadly, we ended up leaving them. I checked before our arrival to ask if there was a hairdryer in the room as I didn't see it mentioned. There is no hairdryer but I was given the loan of one, which was perfect as we were only on a one night stay and I didn't want to have to take my own. The Pearl Hotel will be on our list for future one night stays from our nearby home town. We prefer to stay in Blackpool rather than pay the extortionate taxi prices to take us back over the river Wyre after a night in town.

The room felt a little bit too hot even with the window open all the time. The side panel along the top bunk bed is not high enough so there was a risk of my youngest son falling out, but luckily he didn't.

The management and staff are really friendly, very helpful, polite, kind, nice to chat with. The cooked breakfast every morning is delicious and very nice. Overall very welcoming. Nice cosy wee room with a homely feel, like a home from home. Perfect location by the central holiday area and also very close to the north pier.

Only criticism, and it's minor, our family room was just a little too small for 4 people. We had two singles and a double bed. Was fine until we were all trying to get ready in the morning. But for what we paid and the service we got I wouldn't be put off.

Staff were lovely. Location was perfect for centre of blackpool. BnB was immaculate and breakfast was lovely.

This hotel wow the best ive ever been to in Blackpool we had the family room very impressed rooms lovely decorated and cosy furniture also lovely and new Ray the host was so so lovely made very welcome Rooms spot on lovely clean and new smelling extremely clean Lovely bar area Dining room to eat beautifully decorated cosy and lovely atmosphere Breakfast 10 out of 10 cereal toast and of course your full English was beautiful plenty of tea coffee and fresh orange Will defenately return here 100% minus the kids next time lol Thanks for an amazing stay your place is outstanding 👏

Ensuite Twin room ok but sink outside of bathroom. Bathroom very small And no mirror in bathroom, no hand towels only bath towels. TV in a strange place small and difficult to see. .Could do with more plug sockets. Didn't like the powdered milk in room and only 1 teaspoon.

Lovely friendly staff. Very clean. Close to town centre. Payable parking close by. Breakfast was very nice. Had a bar so handy for a drink before going out.
