We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

What a gem of a hotel. Super friendly staff, great rooms, fabulous meals(breakfast and evening) and in a great location for exploring the Alnwick area. Oh, and thank you for 2 fried bread and 2 fried egg for breakfast😀👍.Nice bar area for relaxing in the evening. Good selection of beers and wines. Our group of 12 had a wonderful May day bank holiday weekend. The staff were brilliant. Thank you. Dave.

United KingdomI found this to be a good base for a walking the Northumberland Coast Path, with bus stops within a few minutes’ walk and just 15 minutes’ walk to the centre of Alnwick with its bus station. My hotel room was clean and very comfortable, with an ample supply of toiletries. The food in the restaurant was very good. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

United KingdomI had booked a table for dinner and the restaurant was cold, the radiators weren't on, usually understandable in April apart from this year!
The room was clean and modern, comfortable bed, tea/coffee/biscuits in the room. Nice and warm, fresh fluffy towels. Breakfast included was huge, very good value for money, also available were the usual cereals/yoghurts/croissants/fruit. It is located within easy reach of the town, has a good large (free) car park. I would definitely stay here again.
