Unfortunately our room wasn’t ready until 4pm but nice lounge to wait in. Second night we had noisy neighbours in the room next to us For a room that big I would have expected a king size bed? But the end was comfy enough.

The room was huge, lots of space to relax after a long day walking. Bed was comfy Lovely bathroom Location is amazing, just a short walk to everything we wanted. Unfortunately Hapimag don’t do breakfast but there are some lovely places very close by.

Well maintained large traditional suites within 10 minutes walk of Princes Street. Great views over city from our suite. Staff very welcoming and helpful before and during stay. Public sitting room with honesty bar for snacks and drinks a lovely spot. Private parking was a bonus for Edinburgh.

The shower in my room did not have hot water so I had to use the shower in the living area. As others have mentioned for the price it would have been nice to have a better selection of drinks and shower gels etc in the room. Overall it was good though.

Stunning hotel within walking distance of the historic city centre. It was even more beautiful than the photos on booking.com. We got an absolutely beautiful room with an amazing view over the city! Bathroom was very clean (and gorgeous). I appreciated the eco-friendly touches all over the hotel from their recycling to energy conservation and more. I will definitely stay here again.

The only thing was, that they were some spots in the carpet in the room. It was super clean - but if it'd be a thorough person these spots on the floor could use a deep-wet-cleaning process

Really liked the view and the overall size of the room. Also, it was really great to have a big bathroom with hot tub + shower. Extra plus point for the rather new TV and the area in which its located in.

While some may find it less convenient not to have a restaurant within the hotel, we personally enjoyed the communal lobby area facilities, which added to our overall experience.

The rooms were cozy and well-appointed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after exploring the city's vibrant streets. We liked the beautiful and classy interior. It was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend the Hapimag Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in this beautiful city.

Daily cleaning service instead of just when requested. Love it when room has new towels every day but understand trying to keep costs down and environmental issues.

Location was great, very safe, very quiet, very walkable. (We took the tram from the downtown area.) Loved the app to order breakfast pastries, and the in-room cutlery, plates, etc. It was great to order bake goods the night before and stay in our room for breakfast. Also absolutely loved the honor bar/goods section. We could get almost anything we wanted from there. ( Idea- add hard boiled eggs to selection maybe?) Room was fabulous! Very spacious, well decorated, and comfortable. The bathroom was a real dream! Loved the tub to soak it after a long day of walking.

I knew there was a charge for parking but I think this should be included in the price. I also expected toiletries, milk and biscuits in the room, which there was not. Nightmare to find it, with all the road closures at the moment, but that’s not the hotels fault. Easy to miss the turn for the car park. We were very stressed by the time we arrived. Pillows too hard.

Lovely spacious suite, spotlessly clean, staff smiley and helpful. Quiet, safe area. Convenient for city centre, we walked, takes about 20minutes. Fantastic big bath. Bed comfortable. Warm and cosy feel to the bedroom.

Our matress needed replacing, we could feel the springs throught it and it was uncomfortable, which isn't on given the cost. I did point it out to the receptionist who said it would be addressed

Excellent location. We could walk downtown. Charming hotel with very nice rooms. We had a fantastic view over the town and over the Firth of Forth. Very quiet. Personnal eager to help.

When we arrived the man at reception could not have been more friendly and helpful. We arrived early for check in and he advised us on parking our car and where we might go whilst waiting for our room to become available. On return to the hotel at 4pm, he recommended some restaurants in the area we might like. He was great! We loved the honesty box and the ability to get something extra to round off our evening. The room was spectacular and very comfortable. We had an excellent stay and will definitely be back.
