Location excellent. Short walk to the lovely waterfront with lively boulevard, beautiful sunset, cosy bars and restaurants. Hotel's own bar and restaurant are both very comfortable, food quality is great. The reception provided a large parking slot in the secured parking area for our small camper van.

the lack of empathy and warmth of the staff. A smile from time to time wouldn't hurt. despite being requested in advance by email, the car park inside had not been kept. the bathroom sink drain didn't work and despite requesting it was not fixed

Room size was a little small compared with other hotels we used on a 3 week tour.

A comfortable stop over for 2 nights as part of a touring holiday. The facilities were above average, the hotel staff very friendly and helpful, the bar and restaurant were good, secure parking for our car and e-bikes most appreciated although were charged at €12/ night.

Location and clean, a stop over in way to calais before next days ferry. Great beach for a stroll. Reading previous reviews we have too many karens reviewing hotel !!! Shower was good .

It was difficult to open the window as curtains were blocking the opening. The breakfast could be better (especially the coffee and the bread).

The location of the hotel is perfect: in a quiet area and close to the beach. Our room was big and comfy. The staff was very helpful. We had a very nice experience at the spa (massage).

great location, food size rooms and friendly staff. Also the FREE EV charging- this facility was not even mentioned on the hotel profile. this is something they should make sure customers are aware of.

Location was very good. Hotel very good although a little dated in some of the rooms. Didn’t manage to get to the swimming pool as we ran out of time but do bear in mind there is a charge of €35 euros per room. As we had two rooms this was a bit steep just to go swimming for a short while. Overall our stay was good and would go back to this hotel.

The room was very hot, with no air conditioning, or even a fan! Whilst the room was very clean and the beds comfortable, it was very dated. The facilities in the room were really good for a family, with bunk beds in a different area, a kitchenette and table, etc, but the arrangement with a pull out bed and unneeded shelves made it difficult to move around. It was 48 euros for the children to use the -very small -swimming pool, which is a lot.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff friendly and helpful. Very useful to have a kitchenette in a family room!

Carpets throughout a hotel near the beach and some visitors with dogs - the hygiene cannot be guaranteed.

Some of the new equipment had more design than function. eg large flat bathroom washbowl that did not drain easily.

We have stayed here about 5 times in the last ten years and each time it is improved. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms have better equipment and finish. The price has increased a little, but it is still very good value. It is easy to park in the road outside, and straightforward to reach from the motorway.
