TV had some issues connecting, the program kept dropping out. Bathroom fan was noisy and sounded like it was on its last legs.

Handy to metro. Full cooked breakfast was good value.

Was dissappointed with a shower head in the bath. Not sure if that's the normal set up in the hotel, but I think it's a little dated and would much prefer a walk in shower.

Staff were very helpful throughout our stay. We had a lovely meal at the Italian restaurant in the evening and breakfast was good too. Room was spacious and we had a very comfy and massive bed. We both slept very well.

On Sunday morning we were woken by visitors to a room down the corridor. They returned three times between 5:30am and about 7am, excitable and noisy at the end of a night out. We complained to them and they apologised - said they were not staying and just wanted to say goodbye, clearly the worse for wear

The room and shower facilities were clean and good, the bed comfortable. We did not have breakfast or use any other facilities

Cold in bar and dining room because of gas supply breakdown. Bar staff seemed to prefer sitting chatting with dining room staff than serving customers.

Location Chefs were remarkably helpful in making sure I had my gluten and lactose free diet while they had to cope with the lack of gas in the kitchen. They deserve special recognition for their customer care.

The hotel is in need of a top to bottom redecoration beyond the public areas. The room was dark, the iron didn’t work and let water all over my function dress

The staff were absolutely brilliant!! They couldn’t do enough for you to be honest. The sink in the toilet was blocked but we told the staff and it was fixed within half an hour. Also the check in staff and the bar staff were absolutely brilliant!!! The property was ideal for traveling to the city centre and to Lease park which was where we had an event to go to. The beds were so comfortable too. Ideal in every way!!

All the staff we met were really friendly and helpful. Though we had a little bit of a walk to the centre it was safe and easy. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was really comfortable. Great place to stay for a short break

One window wouldn’t shut so couldn’t totally shut out outside noise. Sink didn’t drain well and shower flooded so tray not deep enough. Also could have done with more milk for cups of tea.

Quiet room but may just have been lucky to have no neighbours! Comfortable bed so had a good nights sleep. Good amount of space. Could park easily this time but did arrive early!

Parking spaces are tight. There was hair (animal) on my bedroom carpet and human hairs in my bath. My bath plug didn’t drain so the water was sat in the bottom of the bath when I had a shower.

Just the fact they took a second payment card for the employee we had already paid for, and then charged him. Was refunded and taken from the correct card in the end.

The hotel was fine and good location. We had a bit of a payment issue and reception wanted to take a card off the employee we had sent to stay in the hotel. They then took payment form this card, even though we had organised through booking.com and a company card and all details were already taken and charged. This was dealt with, refunded, and taken form the correct card but took a few phone calls and chasing on my end. I've not had this issue before. All fine in the end, stayed an extra night due to work commitments, and allocated the same room at the last minute to avoid messing. Breakfast wasn't had but looked like a decent selection. Staff friendly and mostly helpful.
