Hot breakfast was not available due to renovation even though breakfast included was advertised. Was little disappointed to only have cold breakfast and not even omlette.

Room was decent and what one would expect from a budget hotel.

From the front, the building looks derelict and I wasn't sure that it was the right place at first. I think that the first impression could be improved by updating signage, painting the front entrance doors and porch area and cleaning the windows. Some attention, too, to make the reception seating area more inviting - brighten it up and invest in some large plants. The bedroom carpet has seen better days and I didn't / wouldn't walk on it in bare feet. The vinyl flooring in the bathroom needs a good scrub, including the parts that form a 'skirting board'. Some of the grouting in the shower cubicle needs cleaning as does the surround of the shower screen.

Location perfect for my trip to the Harrogate Flower Show and amenities in Wetherby. Bed linen and towels spotlessly clean. Easy & safe car parking.

Breakfast was a little limited but it was included in the price so can't really complain and would not put me off booking again.

Location - very close to the A1 but did not hear any road noise. Very close to the centre of Wetherby with pubs and restaurants. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the room. Free wifi throughout the hotel. Free bottles of water in the room as well as tea, coffee, etc Quiet - had such a good sleep.

The hotel doesn't give a good first impression. The windows are dirty and the paintwork is peeling. Net curtains in the bedroom have holes in them and the curtains were hanging off the track. The bathroom was tired and needed a revamp. There was a huge sticker mark on the mirror and the bathroom door was peeling . Being a solo traveller, I didn't like the idea of a door to the next room in my room!

The bed was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was pleasant.

The external appearance of the hotel. Looks rather bedraggled and in need of updating. Continental breakfast ... shrivelled at the edges.

Continental breakfast was very basic and could have been spiced up with offer such as some fresh bread. Need to get sign for name of the Hotel. Lacked a specific character.

Staff friendly and helpful. Location was very good for us near to Leeds and set in beautiful countryside. Spacious car park.Interesting 1970's motel archetecture.

There was no hot food available but loads of eateries within 5 minutes walk to town centre

Was a bit apprehensive after reading the negative reviews but although the outside was a bit off putting the inside was much better, reception was quick & easy and the room was clean fresh & lovely comfy bed. The toiletries were amazing. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice

As others have stated the decor is a little tired. I could hear my noisy neighbours but to be honest I didn't contact reception as it didn't disturb me too much

No enough plugs in room or maybe have some usb ones Shower floor is very slippery- dangerously so - staff said there were mats available but that’s too late once you’re in there Coffee bar is advertised but coffee came from a machine
