We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNot enough vegetarian choice, with no veggie English Breakfast which is a shame. It is quite expensive, but is a lovely place.
Nice room was spacious, with bath and shower. Lovely staff, good gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Food was lovely. Walking distance to the South Downs, really in the country.

United KingdomCouple of reasons why we didn’t score 9 or 10. Firstly (and this can be an issue with smaller independent hotels and where the chains do better) the room was a touch on the small side and was lacking in conveniently-placed plug sockets for boiling the kettle (which we consequently had to place on the floor). Secondly whilst it was fine for us the choice of fruit at breakfast was limited to melon and grapefruit. I’m conscious that waste must be avoided but the hotel was fairly full and even the Premier Inn manages to rustle up a proper fruit salad these days!
The hotel was very well appointed and the staff were excellent. We had dinner on the Friday which we both enjoyed. I used the gym twice, which was well-equipped.

United KingdomRooms / bathrooms need updating , I know it’s in the plan but it’s image is a high end country hotel and the room cost reflect this, but until updated would not pay more. Need to address issue of children jumping in the pool and using jacuzzi when it’s a spa. No one managing designated time of pool for spa users and families. Tricky but quite controversial.

United Kingdomthe pool area is absolutely be beautiful. you can only use the pool between 9-11 and 3-5 with children. this is fine as members and guests want to enjoy it too. however - when the children were playing during these times the members complained about noise/balls/pool usage. I think it’s tricky as a spa and a family pool do have different purposes (one is meditative peaceful lengths the other play. therefore pool reception was having to manage the different expectations
