The rooms were nothing like they appeared on the website, such a disappointment.

When our family of 10 arrived at the property, the rooms at the cost of £100 per night were very disappointing . One of the couples had a dirty toilet, it was very disappointing for me as I had booked it. Also some of our rooms were very dingy with sinks in the room and not situated in the bathroom. Curtain in our room was also hanging off the rail . Some of our rooms had smells like stale smoke, also the hallways. Breakfast was basic but cooked well. Some of the carpets in the rooms were very worn and old and unclean .

a party was held in the hotel which was very loud and went on until very late , people in the street shouting from the party into the early hours. didn’t get any sleep. then the people in the room next door had a visitor at 6:15am banging on their door and shouting.

In our bathroom (room 221) the shower extractor fan didn't work and the shower head kept falling down and had to be wedged with a bit of cardboard, otherwise you had to shower with one hand holding the shower head. Maintenance is clearly something that happens following a bad report, rather than in a proactive way when the room is cleaned, which isn't a great customer experience.

The room was very clean and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was fine.

Tv in the bedroom kept cutting out, no password given for the free WiFi. Breakfast was not good,whole family agreed wish we didn't pay the extra and had gone somewhere else to eat and staff taking order had trouble understanding us and after double checking everything our orders came out wrong.

Beds were comfortable, big room, easy to check in and person at the desk was polite. Good amount of tea and coffee supplied in the room.

Evey time anyone used water the pipes would bang keeping us awake all night the room had no curtain on the centre window ak everyone could see in the windows Our car was broken in to and items stolen so choose where you park carefully

Bar area lacking life, music even quiet classical music, it doesn’t have to be loud but it was missing vibe which people want when they come for holiday weekend, etc

Rooms were small, with limited facilities (including no fan, despite the excessive temperatures). Bathroom needs a major refurbishment. The tiny, ageing shower had hardly any water pressure. Decoration was poor with an old carpet and purple/brown woodchip wallpaper. No information in room including WiFi details. Given the price, this represented very poor value. Above all else the photos on the website do not represent the quality of rooms we booked - though it might others.

Staff were generally friendly - though seemed a little disorganised, especially at breakfast. Reasonable location, though no private parking.

The room didn't have the toiletries, bottle of water, no fan as said on the website. We had to go to reception twice to ask for things which were missing and they didn't apologise. Also, Unfriendly restaurant staff which served as making favour rather than providing the minimum customer service.

Excellent staff, so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Really nice rooms and excellent breakfast, very good value for money. Location ideal!
