Room did not have a great view, but it was clean.

It was in a good location, across from beach. Very friendly staff. Good English breakfast buffet.

The Wi-Fi was not always consistent and slightly weak at times, so I couldn’t always depend on it.

Stairs at the front door- it is not convenient for people with kids and buggies. It was too hot in our room on 3rd floor

It was OK for me but the shower in the room I had (340) is a bit small. For some people with more weight than myself they might find it difficult to get in and move around.

The staff, as ever, were extremely, friendly and very helpful.

Elevator is narrow and the wayfinding signage could be better.

Nice clean room. Helpful and polite staff including the cleaners who all greeted me on the stairs and in the hallways. The hotel is spacious and there are ample lounge areas. The menu looked good although we did not eat there on the day we stayed.

The room was a little bit too hot. The bathroom door squeaked and the sink could do with updating.

The staff were really friendly and efficient. Our cosy double had a magnificent view over the sea, a comfy bed and good welcome tray. The food was first class.

The bed was not as comfortable as the one at home but we did book the standard double so I guess it varies from people to people. A little noisy in the corridors so rooms not so sound proof.

Lovely hotel situated in the perfect location on the promenade. Really friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good. Overall a great atmosphere.

Room was so hot despite no heating being on. The stairs between 222 and 322 were not hoovered during my 3 night stay. Overly tight with toast at breakfast, 1 slice cut in half for a table of 2, had to ask on 2 occasions to be given more toast. It really let down a nice breakfast.

Room 310 was nice. The room was restocked and cleaned daily. It was quite and comfortable

Accessibility was poor, father in wheelchair. Outside wheelchair lift broken , my husband had to keep lifting electric wheelchair up steps and father struggled up steps. lifts in hotel tiny could only just get wheelchair in with difficulty. Only access was in basement which you had to use with staff as locked and very dingy.

The timing was bad, late night concert on the green at the front of the hotel, music too loud even with the double glazed windows. Hotel could of emailed us with a warning..

We got upgraded to a excellent room, which was very roomy for a couple. Very clean Very polite staff Great food Position on the sea front

Bathroom was very warm.

Great location and brilliant staff. We took our four-legged friend, and she had as good a time as we did. Splendid breakfast choice, and we found the beds very comfortable. We found that nothing was too much trouble for the staff here, which made our stay so much more enjoyable. Loved almost stepping from the hotel to the beach.

The room was very small with a small single bed that was not very comfortable. I have stayed in B and Bs where given a double-bed for 1 person. Bathroom also tiny with dim lights and shower was in the bath, would prefer a walk-in shower.

Very helpful lady at reception for whom nothing was too much trouble. Nice buffet breakfast although could be more generous with toast as only served one slice and asked for more but when asked they brought more.
