Would have liked 2 cups and 2 glasses in the room, as we took in turns to have a cup of tea. However, I didn't ask for another one, so I dont know if this would have been resolved if I had. Towels we a little small.

I felt like Harry Potter living under the stairs in Room14. The room smelt of damp. The quilt cover was ripped and the bathroom door was a lot smaller than normal I couldn’t fit through walking forward. The sink/ toilet placement was hideous, you have to bend past the sink to sit on the toilet

Originally had a tiny room that had a television that wasn’t functional due to the fact the cable didn’t reach the plug socket and they didn’t have an extension cable. Upon searching for an extension cable I moved my bed and there was a used pair of women’s knickers left there - which was a nice tough. There was only the overhead light and no lamps and was very noisy being near the reception.

They had a smart TV with all the streaming sites on which was the main positive. Due to a few reasons I asked to change rooms and they did accommodate this.

Almost anything.The toilet and bathroom are horribly small.Only cold water in tap.No space at all even for hanging a shirt in room.Central heating barely works.Old windows.You cannot store your luggage even for a couple of hours.Clearly negative ideology in owners'/managers' mind.Maybe good for India.but not for Europe

More like a hostel than a hotel.Very poor bathroom facilities.Everything dingy tight and uncomfy.Poor reception facilities.No storage luggage allowed any time. Will never ever be set foot on it for the rest of my life.Owner clearly spent a lot of money on it.but never with guest comfort in sight.only dreaming of the perfect hi-tech money making sleeping machine.

The private ‘bathrooms’ are tiny. No rooms have baths. There is no tv or WiFi - only Netflix which is extra cost. Stairways are narrow and steep. No fire exits or fire escapes.

After ,booking into hotel at 13.00 hr we arrived back at the hotel, at around 22 ,45 to find we couldn't gain access into the hotel with the fob there was no emergency contact number to speak to someone we ended up disappearing another resident .He kindly let us in appointment we wasn't issued with the code to gain access.The kettle base station was dangerous as you had to put on floor to use this could be dangerous Bathroom wasn't very clean step up to bathroom is high and no warning signs telling you this

The only issue was we found a moldy piece of bread on the wardrobe but aside from that everything was brilliant.

The staff were rude and disinterested at checkin. The shared bathroom had a dirty toilet and shower. The TV in my room did not work. I was sleeping on the top floor and I believe the staff sleep in the room beside my room. They were loud and noisy until 3am and prevented me from sleeping.
