They canceled my first reservation at midnight the same day I was supposed to arrive. It was very stressful to have to find a good room for the same day!! For my second reservation 3 days later ( and a different kind of room) I wasn’t sure the history wouldn’t repeat itself. Another problem as big as the first one, there was no sink. There was no sink in my room, no sink in the toilets down the corridor. The only sink to be found was going down a flight of steps, crossing reception and down another flight of steps.

The bathroom is VERY small. A grown man would not fit on the toilet but there is a shared toilet on the other floor. Also, the plug for the kettle doesn't reach the socket. The shelf it's on needs lowering considerably.

Very easy check-in and fit the purpose for what we needed. An easy overnight stay for a concert. Bed was night and comfy and the location was perfect being right next to Victoria Coach Station.

It was incredibly small. There was hardly any room between the bed and shower/ toilet. There were 2 steep flights of stairs to the room. I have some mobility issues and wouldn't have booked it had I known. It would be terribly difficult to climb them with a suitcase. It was quite warm in London for September. The room was like an oven, even with the window wide open. We left after one night because the heat was unbearable- I accept this was not the owner's fault.

The room and bedding were spotless. The shower was lovely- powerful and hot although small. The manager was very polite. It wasn't overly expensive either. There was a nice pub at the end of the road. Victoria Station was a ten minute walk.

No curtains. Smallest shower I've ever had (approx. 70x70cm). Very noisy trains all night straight out of window. No luggage storage and narrow staircase leading up with no lift.

Very clean room. Newly modern decorated. Tea/coffee maker(with not long enough cable). Comfy bed. Good value for money.

Great value for money and great location for train and coach transport. Basic accomodation with no frills but ideal for somewhere to rest overnight and shower. It is clean and comfortable.

I stayed in a small single (Room 17) which was the size of a cupboard. No window coverings on either window, one which was overlooked by another bedroom. I had to use the towel and my clothes to cover windows to allow privacy and block light. No reception there to question about facilities at around 10 pm as and to ask why no window coverings. The owner has tried to upgrade but overall sloppy decor with unfinished windows, (bits of wood unpainted, in my room) and cables hanging out of ceiling. Please do sort the windows having blinds or curtains before another guest stays.

Superb location, very close to Victoria. Bottle of water, kettle and little soaps left in room.

Reception is friendly and kind they give us some extra time on checkout and we came late he wait for us to check-in. Location is nice 5 minutes away to bus station.

I had requested earlier check in which was accepted via the email but when we reached at 1300, the room were not ready. There was no hot water upon arrival and the next day, so could not take shower as the water was freezing. No one was at the reception in the morning to ask for hot water. Bathroom was not clean to my standards. No number to call these people!!!
