The cooked breakfast it was dry, hard and really not edable, very disappointed it that , the hotel wasn't a cheap one and we expected a good breakfast this really has put us off I don't think we will use it again

Bed was a bit small for us. Also felt the mattress was a bit hard

We did not have breakfast. Our stay at Newcastle Hotel Indigo was very good despite what we said about the bed. It was perfectly situated. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and on the whole co.fortable. we often use Hotel Indigo when we take time away. Always good.

Great location near the metro station which was great for our travel to the Stadium of light for a concert. Super staff, very helpful and cheery. Breakfast very good and hot things cooked to order. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

We booked an early dinner in the restaurant as we had theatre tickets. We were the first people there, and only one other table was seated while we waited, but it took almost fifty minutes for our meal to arrive. It wasn't a large or complicated order - two veggie burgers and chips and two chicken and chips. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant for an evening meal, though it was fabulous (and quick) for breakfast.

Central location, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff were all professional and friendly, and the breakfast was outstanding!

Room was missing net curtains, bedside lamp broken. Paint had been thrown on ramp the only entry exit from car park, vandalism I assume but staff were making the problem worse by pressure washing, spreading it everywhere, we could not avoid driving through it.

Towel rail in bathroom not secure and unable to hold a towel. Air conditioning grill in ceiling not fully secured and was hanging down at one corner.

Superb city centre location, nice spacious bar area. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very good atmosphere, staff were friendly and very helpful. There was a DJ in the Saturday evening which gave the bar a very good vibe. We will definitely stay at the Indigo again. Thank you!

The restaurant menu a little odd, only chicken or vegan options. No other option like any seafood /fish or meat dishes. Quite different, but if you are going to do that at least have the chicken Dishes outstanding, not dry, no flavourless, stayed 2nights & noted how empty The restaurant was in the evenings, but busy, busy for breakfast, maybe a lot of your guests feel the same.

Should inform customers in advance that paying the parking at the front desk is cheaper than paying directly. Our room was bit dusty, housekeeping could be more attentive.
