A great Pearl in paddinton - Value fore your money. Clean,friendly,good rooms ( not flashy but clean and good beds) hornest simpel breakfast and very helpfull staff. The Italien gentleman Who greatet us made us feel welcomed and was very helpfull duing our stay - what a star!

One roll toilet paper. Lol. You wouldn’t think that would be issue but they must not trust with more. Lol. Couldn’t close window in room. Couldn’t get television or outlets to work first day. I guess a fuse was blown. Staff recommendations for restaurants poor! Abs stay away hop on hop off buses. Think hotel pushes that and traffic so bad I didn’t even get one loop around London in. 3.5 hours. No fun. Hotel recommended. Yuck !!

The hotel was in. Location I desired away from main area city more in a neighborhood. But closed to train station and bus stops. Eat walk to both,just a few minutes and I actually walked to many main London attractions from hotel as I didn’t mind the miles. Beautiful park (Hyde park ). Loved it the most about London !! The breakfast good. Staff friendly accommodations typical boutique hotel. Good value. East walk to food shops and restaurants of all varieties.

A few loose fittings in the room and bathroom, and a bit of fresh paint needed. But it was clean and pleasant.

Comfy bed, good shower, friendly staff, excellent location for Hyde Park and Paddington yet it’s also quiet. Would stay here again.

Because the check-in is so late and the check-out is so early I think they could have better locker spaces and a bigger bathroom that you could use when you have to leave your room.

Good english breakfast and a few other options like cereal, ham, cheese and breads.

Room was small, step in bathroom, room was hot but it was unseasonably hot.

Breakfast stops at 9am - resulting in too many guest close to deadline and shortage of most food. Suggestion: Extend breakfast until 930 or make sure there is enough food for guests showing up 830

Perfect location, street full of pricefriendly restaurants. Ok room size considering the price. Quiet when windows are closed.

I liked the breakfast, but there was limited choice for alternative if you didn't want a cooked breakfast.

Very good location so close to Paddington train station and within walking distance to Hyde Park. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Location is very near Paddington Station and many restaurants. They serve good breakfast and staff are very nice and helpful especially to Mr. Abu at the front desk. Very pleasant, calm and welcoming - perfect for his position and a great asset to the hotel.

Break fast … they have only English breakfast …. No other choice … not Evan omelets or half fry.

No air con and very hot few days in London (30C)

Nice and close to Paddington Station and only 20 min walk to the hop on/hop off bus stop/ Marble Arch. Beds were comfortable and we had just enough room for our 3 suitcases Breakfast was delicious - we did the full English’s breakfast and some yogurt and toast Staff were lovely and let us keep our bags at the hotel as our flight wasn’t until 9pm
