The location is super. It's just a block off the main shopping/dining old town street. Located between the Edinburgh Castle and the Holyrood Palace.

The bed wasn't particularly comfortable - the use of two single mattresses instead of a double was quite noticeable, as were the springs in the mattresses. It was also very easy to hear the guests in the rooms beside and above mine.

Location was great, as well as the facilities in the room (kitchen etc). Very spacious and appreciated the door separating the bathroom from the living area as there was what I believe to be quite a loud fan/air vent in the bathroom.

It is expensive but that is probably due to location so I would definitely recommend it.

The bed is a bit small, and it slanted to one side. The fire alarm is very sensitive, and we set it off twice, once just steam from the bathroom and other cooking breakfast.

The apartment is very well appointed. It seems to have been newly decorated. The kitchen had all the necessary pots and pans and there was a small dishwasher which was very useful. The room is serviced every day if you wish or not if you don't want anyone to come in. There was tea, coffee and milk provided. It is extremely centrally situated so ideal for anyone wanting to visit the Castle, Holyrood Castle and other attractions.

Convenient appartment for sightseeing, a bit pricey..

Oddly, as the floor, walls and kitchen were new, the furniture, coffee table, bedside tables and top of chest of drawers were extremely worn, very stained and old looking. There was no internet TV so we couldn't watch Netflix or You Tube.

The location was good as it was near restaurants, and the hop on hop off buses. The bathroom and kitchen were recently renovated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and there was a little sofa.. there was daily cleaning. We didn't order breakfast.

The bathroom shower needed a handrail to more easily access the shower.

Breakfast is basically bread, some cereal, milk and orange juice delivered to your room. They are particular about check-in, check-out times and baggage holding rules (no overnight baggage).

Location and apartment were great. It is pricey, but it is great for the location and reasonable for large groups. The kitchen is quite reasonable and furnished. You can cook and eat.

Park was very limited, but they directed us to a ramp not too far away.

Small kitchen with washer dryer was great. One block off the Royal Mile was perfect. Enjoyed an early morning walk up Arthur’s Seat as it was close too.

Too expensive for its facilities . I choose to stay in it because it has a small gym . The gym was so primitive , the cables were all very loose that only needed tightening , i have spoken to the reception over three days , each time they tell me it will be fixed , it’s fixed , but nothing of that at all . I had to go to a other private gym and pay for entire of my stay , nine days

Room are specious , comfortable , and clean Staff are very kind and humble and professional

The electricity went off twice and the lady at the reception couldn‘t care less. She said „Put the fuse back in.“ To which I replied „I‘m not an electrician .“ She answered „Me neither!“

Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with dining table and wardrobe. Tiny but comfortable. Secure parking and good accessibility to the city centre. Supermarket close by.

Breakfast is not worth the money that you are actually paying. A selection of cereals, oatcakes, shortbread and a loaf of bread with milk and orange juice. I am not saying it wasn't nice or enough for the all of us but if you are hoping in a "hotel breakfast" you will be a bit disappointed.

The aparthotel was in a perfect location, 2 minutes walking distance from the old town and maybe 10 from Edinburgh Castle. The rooms were nice and big and all the facilities were working perfectly. We booked an apartment for 5 and after a couple of troubles at the beginning of our stay, everything went smoothly.

It was really hard to not get water everywhere with the shower. The bed was comfortable but I wish there were a couple more pillows.

Great location, really convenient and lovely to have all the amenities. Loved the king size bed and the spaciousness. Bathroom was really clean and toiletries were nice. Everything was as advertised.
