Unclean room. Non smoking room stunk of stale cigarettes. Shower hadn’t been cleaned(used bar of soap and shampoo left in shower) no holder for toilet paper. Crickets in the shower. Busted bathroom door.

Walking in the building stunk with cigarette smoke. Toilet tipped to the side when sitting down on it.

We paid $95 a night to stay there while my mom was in the hospital and the night after she passed. We had previously stayed at the embassy for a $110 a night but had booked at the medical Inn at the last minute because we thought it was less expensive and would be nice. It is like a converted apartment building or old house our rooms were very small I bought two. In both rooms the bathrooms were dirty as well as the floors in the bedding. In our room which we arrived at 12:30 at night we did not have any toilet paper and could not get any until the next morning. They were yelled at for using the front door and ring in the doorbell to be let it. We would have switched motels and went back to the embassy the next night but we were unfortunately stuck at this motel without a car seat to move by three-year-old grandson. So we tried to make the best of it. We had instacart deliver some cleaning supplies and I cleaned both rooms. When pulling back the sheets the mattresses were covered in hair. The employees were very nice and empathetic of my mother's passing but it didn't help the facility. There was supposed to be Wi-Fi and continental breakfast and there was no Wi-Fi and Day old donuts no drinks.

Advertise free breakfast, we went to lobby at 8:30 an. One donut (pre-packaged) was there. Checked out at 9:30. Same donut was there. No breakfast was provided. Hotel was supposed to be smoke free, but everywhere smelled of cigarettes. Room, Hallway... etc.

The receptionist was rude and unfriendly. Facilities are old and run down: the toilet didnt work and we had to pour water into its tank; some lamps were broken; the sink didnt really work either.

I rented this room due to my husband in hospital I thought it being medical inn it would be a good hotel but upon arriving washer and dryers were broke and the hotel gave me scary movie vibes I didn’t feel safe there so we immediately checked out

Had to request towels. Lights were unplugged or bulbs burned out. We had heard that new owners had upgraded from a previous stay. Not the case.

Owners seemed courteous and responsive. The location was excellent for our needs.

The whole stay was stressful and uncomfortable.

It was the worst stay of my lifetime unsanitary conditions, crappy staff. No adequate housekeeping, fleas are terrible there. Didn't get any rest cause of the "cracked head' neighbors, fighting and screaming all night. A refund or 1 night credit would be nice.

I found a mouse trap with a dead mouse, but ya know, mice are everywhere so. No big deal.

I really enjoyed the old charm and easy access, the location was perfect! The phone book in the nightstand was a nostalgic shock I enjoyed.

Absolutely horrible. Very old, rundown, dirty, nasty, and unsafe. This is more of a drug motel instead of a place to stay when you need a room due to a hospital emergency. This place needs to be shut down.
