Too expensive for its facilities . I choose to stay in it because it has a small gym . The gym was so primitive , the cables were all very loose that only needed tightening , i have spoken to the reception over three days , each time they tell me it will be fixed , it’s fixed , but nothing of that at all . I had to go to a other private gym and pay for entire of my stay , nine days

Room are specious , comfortable , and clean Staff are very kind and humble and professional

The electricity went off twice and the lady at the reception couldn‘t care less. She said „Put the fuse back in.“ To which I replied „I‘m not an electrician .“ She answered „Me neither!“

Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with dining table and wardrobe. Tiny but comfortable. Secure parking and good accessibility to the city centre. Supermarket close by.

Breakfast is not worth the money that you are actually paying. A selection of cereals, oatcakes, shortbread and a loaf of bread with milk and orange juice. I am not saying it wasn't nice or enough for the all of us but if you are hoping in a "hotel breakfast" you will be a bit disappointed.

The aparthotel was in a perfect location, 2 minutes walking distance from the old town and maybe 10 from Edinburgh Castle. The rooms were nice and big and all the facilities were working perfectly. We booked an apartment for 5 and after a couple of troubles at the beginning of our stay, everything went smoothly.

It was really hard to not get water everywhere with the shower. The bed was comfortable but I wish there were a couple more pillows.

Great location, really convenient and lovely to have all the amenities. Loved the king size bed and the spaciousness. Bathroom was really clean and toiletries were nice. Everything was as advertised.

Maybe a little bit cheaper but recognized that Edinburgh is expensive to stay!

The location was great once you found the shortcut off the royal mile! Great apartment, everything you needed! Loved the extra touches, left milk for us, washing powder, fairy liquid, kitchen roll, made a difference!

The carpets were disgusting in need of new and cleaning.

Washing machine was an issue, we chose the place as we were travelling for 8 weeks for the convenience of washing our clothes, this never happened because washing machine was faulty

A better quality of bread and more muesli or granola type cereal instead of the typical empty calorie cereals would have been nice. Better instructions for the washer/dryer would be beneficial too.

It was nice to have food on hand to cover breakfast and snacks. The cheese slices were a nice touch. The location was excellent. Good access to tourist sites but fairly quiet.

Location. A bit off the royal mile but very quiet down a lane way. Not much going on in the area other than just tourists walking around during the day. A little bit too quiet in evening/night.

Some of the kitchen cupboards where showing their age, nothing major, just minor things.

The location is excellent for central Edinburgh. The apartments are good for a group, particularly one apartment some of our group had on the top floor, which had extra space and a pleasant dinning area with skylights. Some basics provided (tea, coffee, milk) when you arrive, shops close by for buying any provisions you need. Car parking available, £20 a night, which is not unreasonable for secure parking where the car is easily accessible.

The housekeeping was not efficient ,our flat was not cleaned for 2 days and the toileteries were nof enough for 3 adults.

The flat was spacious, clean well equipped with excellent location.
