There can be a lack of parking to off load at reception- Parking should also be free.

Great family hotel- My children are alway very comfortable staying here. The staff are always friendly and accomadating. I love that there the baths are Large. The Microvave provision, 24hr food, pool/sauna, Starbucks cafe are a nice touch.

It advertises 24 hour food. It fails to explain that post 9pm it’s only a basic pizza or supermarket tortilla chips.

As in regards to the accesible shower room a seat with a support leg or legs would be a good idea. Also a lower mirror in the bathroom . An option of a lower bed for people having trouble transferring may be a good idea too.

Our room was great beds comfortable, clean , great shower , good tea making facilities . Our daughter had a wheelchair accesible room. The room was very good , the bed although comfortable was a little high for her to get in. The bathroom was a good size . She had a shower and unfortunately during the shower the seat came away from the wall and collapsed to the floor with my daughter on it. Fortunately she was only bruised but it could have been a lot worse because the tiles smashed and there was a large hole in the wall . She could have been cut and more serious injuries. We reported to the duty manager who offered first aid and was very apologetic. They refunded the cost of the room and parking. If that hadn’t happened the room would have been great. The food at the hotel and service was excellent .

The car park was very busy so it was hard to find a space at busy times. Being close to the airport there is of course some aircraft noise late at night but not enough to disturb our sleep.

It was handy for our visit to family on that side of Birmingham. Nice modern hotel with accessible bathroom for my husband who has mobility problems. I liked the Nespresso machine in our room!!

At a cost of £125 for one person for one night that didn’t include breakfast it was far from value for money. If I hadn’t needed to catch an early flight I would have spent another night at the Holiday Inn at Snowhill in Birmingham City Centre, half the price with breakfast included and a far better location. The reception staff were far from awe inspiring especially when I checked out.

Nice bedroom and a good private bathroom with an excellent shower. The hotel has a bar which it needs as there is no eating or drinking facilities in the immediate area. The barman, Andreas, was very polite and friendly.

Evening meals could have been alittle fresher, seemed like everything was microwaveable. Pershaps could have had different fresher menu like a roast dinner if meals could have ordered along with booking, so the chef could prepare something fresher

The restaurant was very good. Liked the ordering system, especially the filter section. Staff, food choice and quality were very good. The restaurant area itself was better than anticipated, based on the photos on the website, not canteen like at all.

I did not like to have to pay for parking and the menu in the restaurant was too limited. It was also a bit further from the airport that I had envisaged

The room was spacious althought the bathroom was a little small. The accommodation was modern and up to date. The restaurant had plenty of seating and the staff were attentive.

Just the cleanliness of the room in general Also wasn’t asked if we would like to pay for parking £12 just automatically added to our bill, had we been asked we would have found alternative parking, Also drug dealers using the car pat up at the top end was very obvious even with security guard standing watching

Pool was lovely and clean, All communal areas were clean but missing attention to detail in our room, upon pulling out the sofa bed it seemed it hadn’t been changed since last use I found a clean sheet in the wardrobe and quilt which I changed as there was blood stains on quilt,

The steam room was not at the temperature we expected it to be, it was very low. Kids slept on sofa bed, it was okay but not great, maybe an extra layer for comfort would be required.
