Nothing. I hate that I couldn't stay for longer

Everything, literally everything. It's almost like family at this traditional Austrian hotel. Rooms maybe be small but very carefully and well equipped. Kids play area and private lake area complete the experience. Staff and owners were so so considerate it was exceptional. Marjorie, Alexandria and Hugo really put their heart in this property. This is the kind of of place that stays in your heart forever. One of the best stays I've had anywhere

We stayed for a week and made a mistake of booking a standard double room, which with hindsight was a little small for 2 people. The double bed was also a little small and the soft pillows not to my liking.

The hotel is located in town centre with lots of restaurants close by (the hotel does not serve lunch or dinner). It is 2 minutes walk to the lake and very close to all the walking trails. The family run hotel is clean with friendly owners and staff. The hotel gets very quiet once the tourists have left town in the evening. The hotel has parking which is a plus point.

Would have preferred if apartment came with breakfast included, not many other options around and the price was a little steep with kids. Overall hotel was still a good value.

Hotel is fantastic! The location can't be beat, the staff is wonderful, breakfast was lovely, It was the perfect place to stay as we explored the Christmas markets. We booked an apartment and it was perfect for our family of four, with two kids under 12. Would definitely stay there again.

WIFI was not working properly, Rooms are not airconditioned (it was quite hot during the day). Only after I booked I realized that breakfast is not included (a bit unusual for European booking). Tourist tax cannot be paid at the time of the booking and for some reason they insisted I pay in cache instead of card (for reasons which I did not understand).

Location is really at the very centre of the village/city, they have really nice garage close by. Hotel is very clean.

Housekeeper didn't refill the box tissue paper & shampoo/body bath.

The breakfast is fantastic. Good quality & varieties 👍 Owner speaks good English and gives very helpful information about the city

An issue with the shower could have been addressed while we were there.

Excellent location and friendly staff. Free use of paddle boards and a pedal boat at the hotel's own R&R spot on the lake. Walking distance to everything, e.g. the cog railway station. Great room with a round bed and a wonderful view of the lake from the balcony.

As with almost all hotels across Austria, there isn't any air conditioning in the rooms.

The hotel is in an unbeatable location in town, with all the free music events in the square next door. The lakeside bathing area was amazing with an honesty bar and stand up paddles and plenty of sun recliners. The staff were really welcoming and there is parking in the town centre too.

We received the first Austrian smile in this hotel after traveling around Austria for already 6 days. Alexandra was incredibly nice with us and our child. In the hall they had lots of toys to play with and their dog is super friendly with our boy. Thank you so much for lovely stay and hospitality.

The thick comforter is more of a burden than helping to sleep at night. Suggest to change to lighter ones for the summer.

The hotel is right in the middle of the town. It's a beautiful facility and has a garden of its own where the guests can sit in front of the lake and jump to swim.
