Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Had to chase server .Annoyed that as a solo traveller , when going to get breakfast or fill up tea/ orange juice my table was cleared and attempted to be given to someone else. Some little signs to say 'table occupied " would have been less stressful . Would have given 10/10 had the breakfast experience not been so poor.
Lovely clean comfortable rooms. Big fluffy towels Tip for ladies travelling. Bring a shower cap as the only shower is a rainfall one!!!not good for your hair!!!. No shower cap provided

United KingdomI do think £15 per head for breakfast was expensive. We both had the full English and the quality wasn’t great nor the portion size. I like that the continental was buffet style, and for that price so should have the hot food too. Parking is a little expensive at £10 per night too.
The hotel was excellent. It was clean, well maintained and the decor was excellent. Staff were lovely. We got a free upgrade to stadium view for my husband’s birthday which meant he was very happy indeed. Parking was easy to find and in secure location. The location is great - 5 min walk to the tram stop and then a short journey into Manchester City centre or 5/10 min walk to a retail park with a nandos or fast food restaurants.

IrelandEverything was amazing but the tv had no Netflix and the channels were brutal, considering my friend had an injury. The first night we got there. We unfortunately had to stay in the hotel for the whole weekend and not having an amazing channels didn’t help the situation. Everything else though was absolutely amazing.
