I wished there was a kitchen so I could enjoy some of the fruit from the markets but this not a fault of the property.

The location of the Betel villa was great. It was away from the city center of Hoi An. It was close enough to bike into the town center and enjoy all the activities. Being away from the city center and away from the main street made our stay super peaceful and quiet. The use of bicycles for free was awesome (night light, locks, and basket included to ensure safety). Breakfast was a lot of food but really good. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Even the gardener taught something about the beautiful plants on the property thru google translate. You will not be disappointed with the staff, the property, and the location. You will see numerous tropical fruits in the garden (May). They are super flexible and accommodating. We came back late from the beach and allowed us a late check out. The pool was great to have for a swim to cool off after a morning tour.

The pool and garden area is beautiful, great air con too. The staff were very kind - they were great at suggesting and organising great and well priced activities for us. This stay was the highlight of our trip. There was nothing we did not like!

The rare case of a perfect 10. The room was very spacious, bright, quiet and clean with all the necessary amenities. Room service was very good and option to use laundry service was also very welcome. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful but also readily available when needed and invisible when not. Real professionals. But the main draw here is the absolutely gorgeous garden with ponds, fishes, lizards, butterflies. And the swimming pool is really well maintained and big. Also the bike rental is super nice - no additional cost, self service, bikes are in good condition and have lights for evening rides. Location is great as well. It's quiet but also so close to the old city and rice fields - just a few minutes of bike ride. In the vicinity you have minimart and a couple of restaurants also. Definitely would stay here again!

We loved this hotel, our favourite for our whole stay in Vietnam. Beautiful gardens, lovely swimming pool, which my daughter spent hours in. Nice breakfast. Good location within walking distance to Hoi An old town.

We had a great time at Betel Garden Villa! We borrowed the free bikes and it was a quick bike ride into the old quarter but also a short ride in the quiet back streets to the rice fields. The pool was an absolute saviour in the April heat! The staff were all so so lovely. The room was clean and spacious. Highly recommend!!!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great with a fantastic outside area to relax and have a few beers in the evening. We stayed an extra 2 nights and received a free massage. All in all a great place and close enough to the hotspots but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise.

Everything!! A calming sanctuary to wake up in and return to after a day of exploring. Or sometimes not even want to leave !! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning was great. Our room overlooked the pool which was just as beautiful as the photos. Free bikes were a great way to get around. Situated outside the old quarter but this allows for no noise. First full nights sleep in Vietnam! There is still some amazing restaurants nearby. The closest 2 minutes ! We would love to stay here forever. Highlight of our trip.

Very clean and comfortable in a really beautiful garden oasis. Close to Old Town but not too close. Lovely breakfasts. We rented the up/down 2bdrm family villa with our adult kids. Free bikes were great and it felt safe exploring the old town area, we recommend biking through the rice fields to the beaches too. Nhan's kitchen around the corner is delicious, and getting clothes and shoes made was fun.

Room clima was very humid, AC worked not fully reliable. Moisture seems to be not avoidable in these countries. Location a bit to far too walk to the old town with kids (30 minutes) but luckily weather was good to go by bike.

Nice, clean and well in shape place! Service personal is very kind and tries to help. They cooked the porridge we beought for the baby. There is always someone cleaning or takibg care of the plants / pool / room. Nice pool ! Free bikes including baby chair. Overall family friendly place. Accurate room cleaning every day. Many breakfast options.
