The entrance of the hotel needs flower hanging baskets to make it look more welcoming, the entrance doors should have a sign saying push or pull or installing automatic doors would probably be better, the lift floor buttons was difficult to press.

There was a good selection of food at breakfast. The staff were helpful and the dining area was spacious, bright and clean. The room was clean and the card and biscuits on the bed was a nice touch, a bottle of water could have been added 😊.

The lift was out of order during the 10 days i stayed there and i had to carry my large baggage to 2nd floor. I saw even the elderly people had to go to 2nd floor using stairs.

Good location and ideal for regular cat shows. The fact that cats are allowed is of great importance. I respect this policy and always protect bedding and soft furnishings and, endeavour to leave the room as I found it.

Pillows were a little hard / lumpy, but this really was a minor issue.

For the price we paid for our family room this couldn't be faulted. Comfortable, clean room and an excellent breakfast. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We've paid much more for worse experiences in the past.

Lifts were not working all weekend and I do appreciate it was bank holiday weekend it was inconvenient when arriving and leaving with luggage

I didn't like the lighting set up in the room. Why are all the lights around the edge of the room. If your'e looking at yourself in the mirror of the wardrobe you can't see your outfit properly.

On an industrial estate so we had to drive into Leamington Spa town centre. I wanted to be in the town and did think it was closer. The shower ended up boiling hot when you adjusted the temperature.

I liked the room as there was plenty of space, a large bed with nice clean sheets. Bar area was nice and pleasant, not noisy and food good, my partner enjoyed their steak. Barman was chatty and friendly. Quiet at night, not a lot of noise from other residents. Free accessible parking. Breakfast is not included, but you can pay extra, good selection of hot and cold food.

The hotel staff were incredible! Genuinely friendly and caring. Nothing was too much trouble, attention paid to children, lending their personal phone chargers - cannot fault them!

Sink blocked in our room (member of staff cleared with a plunger)and extractor fan in bathroom not working. Ordered and paid for macaroni cheese on App only to.be.told it was sold out and because I had paid on app have had to wait for a refund. Not ideal. Staff worked.really hard.but just not enough of them.

Evening meal ordering system. Having an older phone I was unable to log in so the staff member gave me his phone. This was ok but maybe a dedicated tablet similar to the vehicle booking in system would be safer with regards to personal details kept on phones and the need for guests to have the latest technology in order to obtain a meal. This was the only minor niggle with our stay but would not put us off staying again
