A single pack of 3 biscuits were available on arrival in the room but were never replenished daily throughout the week's stay. Never have enough milk tea or coffee in the room, had to go to restaurant and ask. One member of staff on night desk always turned off hot drinks machines.

The staff that you have working for you all went the extra mile, even though they were extremely short staffed. This did affect service at times but those on duty made up for the problems by being so helpful and accommodating. Most evenings we were able to get coffee in the reception area throughout the evening.

Our stay was great, unfortunately the room above us had a bathroom leak which came into our room. When I reported this the care and attention was excellent. The manager immediately apologised and gave us a free overnight stay with breakfast, without any prompting.

Rooms were spacious and clean. In a good location, quiet area with good parking. Food was well prepared and of a good standard. Breakfast was excellent. Seemed a little short staffed but those that were there were helpful and attentive.

Room was spacious and generally quite clean, TV screen had not been cleaned for a while - smears and fingerprints all over it, and the colour rendition was poor, in fact at times we thought we were watching a black and white film. The shower was spacious and clean but the shower was not particularly powerful and I do like to get wet in a shower

-Dated rooms - Sharp areas on the floor where carpet grippers were poking through - Bathroom shower/plug not working properly - Lift buttons not working properly - No possibility of having hot chocolate (not offered in room and couldn't order it at the bar) - Bed side tables really far away from the bed

cold fried egg! my matriss was wonky so always felt like i was falling out of bed! No reply to my two messages (via booking.com) week leading up to my stay - as it turned out it wasn't a problem as i simply logged my car upon arrival so was able to leave it for the day anyway👍

First room air conditioner was noisy and threw out smells like a sewer!! This was fixed immediately however - see above. The location is in the midddle of a science/business park - this is not the fault of the hotel as I doubt it has moved that much!! Rather, Booking.com has incorrectly stated the location - it is, in fact, about 2-3 miles from L Spa, which is about a £10.00 taxi fare at August 2023.

The staff and breakfast were excellent. The first room was shockingly bad - see below - but good places fix things and an upgrade to premier was offered - no problems.

Could have done with cleaning up the cigarette butts in the outside area. Our room was close to the smoking area and we had to close the window as could smell the smoke. Wasn’t really an issue but it was noticeable

On the first day of my five night stay, my bad was not made nor were the biscuits replaced in the room for the whole five days, assuming that the biscuits were due to be replaced.

The shower was good in that it was not over a bath and therefore easier to get in and out of. Breakfast was good as was dinner once you figured out the scan/order/pay business on your mobile phone (if you had one)On the first day of my 5 night stay

The breakfast area was too small for the amount of guests catered for. The hotel was busy when I stayed their so the breakfast area filled up very quickly. I recommend an early start so you get a table.

The breakfast area was too small for the number of people. Lots of people milling about as ever item was self service. If hot drinks and toast was served at the tables, it would alleviate some of the congestion

The staff were very courteous and helpful, especially Matt on Reception. The electronic car registration sign-in is easy and there were plenty of spaces. The hotel was bright and clean, the bedroom was also bright and clean with plenty of space.
