Travelling with a dog really limited amount of hotels available, having stayed without a dog in this area I’ve paid a lot less per night before for this type of hotel . Staff extremely friendly and we were very welcome with our dog . So JUST price per night was in my opinion a little overpriced

The hotel was quite nice. It had free parking and that was convenient as it is not a walking distance from Leamington centre. The personnel were amazing, the room was nice, the bathroom was nice and really clean and the bed comfortable.

The location was excellent. Staff were excellent. We had our two dogs with us. It is dog friendly but no beds/bowls were provided but that didn't matter. They have an area outside for the dogs to toilet which was ideal. Housekeeping were in our room everyday unlike some where you need to request this.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

Room was very clean and towels where changed daily as was the bins emptied daily. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely and quiet considering it was right by a busy road.

Room facing road could be better sound proofed. Bus into Warwick is a fair walk away and only runs once an hour. Hotel could advertise this service better.

Buffet Breakfast is great with excellent selection. Dinner fine and good choice. Hotel staff were all very friendly and professional. Room and all areas very clean.

My expectations of this chain are very low. All expectations were far exceeded. Breakfast was better than many more expensive hotels I have stayed in. Dinner was very generous and the staff were really lovely. Especially the lady on duty on the evening shift attending bar/restaurant.

The mini fridge - the water supplied was only sparkling. I think the restaurant was over prices especially when ordering drinks from the app to be brought to table when there was a tray charge that was as nearly £4. The sausages wasn’t very nice.

The pillows were not to my liking. Very hard. I would prefer a softer pillow. Room looked a bit 'tired'. Not crisp and bright.

horrible cleaning products - in the morning corridors heavy with the miasma of the noxious odour, we both developed horrific allergy response to it, antihistamines couldn't deal with it and my husband suffered the entire stay

To be picky, I’d like sockets near the bed to be able to charge tech after using them before sleep.

A bit too far from the local town. Mattress , curtains could be updated . Windows dirty. Staff were very friendly, a fabulous asset.

The location isn’t amazing, situated within an industrial/business development just outside of the town. 30 mins walk to town, or do as we did and grab a taxi (£8-10)

Great that it’s dog friendly, and they kindly allocated us a room on the ground floor to give us easier access to take the dog outside if needed, and also to avoid using the lift.
