We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel bar wasnt open or there was no where sit after an aftroon shopping,my husband had to nip the bar next door and was able to bring us a drink up to our room! Strange set up this to be honest..the bar looked realy nice and comfertable and inviting..if only it had the lights on and was open this would have been nice even to get a nice coffee and sit after the shopping trip! Lovley hotel great location! But like i say we would have loved somewhere to sit for a nice drink or coffee in the hotel.
The location was brillaint,the hotel was warm and cozy,the bed was so nice and soft and the room was lovley.the staff were lovley and friendly.

United KingdomNeeded updating. No towels in room but this was quickly rectified by staff. Pictures of Elemis toiletries are misleading - they do have Elemis but it’s all secured to the wall (not the little bottles you see in the pictures).

United KingdomThe cleanliness of the room, there were marks and stains on the floor, walls, and curtains. Further to this we had to ask for toilet roll and there wasn't any in the room and despite being give a fan the room was very hot.

United KingdomFancied a quick siesta but music from the shop below was loud. It finished by 17-30 so didn’t matter later on. It was a treck to the room so you would struggle if not very mobile.

United KingdomWhen we arrived the heating was broken, however they had put an electric heater in our room and provided extra blankets when asked so they handled this well. It was fixed part way through our visit.
Great location, really central but quiet at night. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good, nice range and provided non-dairy milk when asked.

United KingdomBooked the feature suite but was disappointed that there was no view, room also lacked a bit of luxury, there was no fridge in the room and only the normal tea and coffee supplies the would be in standard rooms, no bottled water and wardrobe had everything just thrown in such as ironing board and iron, fan and bathrobes were just folded on the shelf, no slippers. Would have expected more luxury in a suite and no restaurants on site or room service

United KingdomWe found 3 blood stains, one on a towel and two on the blankets. There was also a lot of dirt, grime and mould around the bath taps and shower panel. When I ran a bath, a lot of grime came down into the bath water. There were also a few stains on carpet in room
