Extremely good value for money. Stayed with my grandchildren for crufts. Lovely spacious room, bath was a bonus. Loved the pool.

Only a USB plug beside the kettle so it had to be moved over to beside the TV to be plugged in.

A bit longer to walk to nec than anticipatie. You need 20 minutes minimal. For a decent barmeal to go nec. It could heve been cleaner.

Beds are amazing. Slept great all nights. Next door you find a little shop at the gasstation. Open 24-7.

They don't have a conceirge area where you can leave your items safely before your check-in time. The carpet in the front door needs cleaning. No safe to leave valuable items in the room. Breakfast menu not posted. So, you are not sure whether you want continental or full english breakfast as not all travellers may know what the food included are. It will also save some time on the staff.

The rooms are spacious enough for 2 people. Toilet is good size. Beds are comfy. There is good space for you belongings and clothes. TV is good size and entertaining. Ventilation is good even without AC. Its good that they don't charge for missing room key.

The toilet roll was cheap and nasty. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The walls had obvious damage to them that had been filled over but not very well and not been repainted to match. The room was very hot. I struggled to sleep even with the window open, there was no plug socket up near the bed so I had to have my phone on charge at the end of the room for my alarm. The main light was flickering and a very dull orange light.

The layout of the hotel was lovely, nice atmosphere, staff were really friendly and helpful.tge bathroom was really nice and clean and the room itself was a good size. I loved the ponds outside my window, very peaceful.

Our bathroom floor felt like the floor under the lino was broken and was very spongy underfoot. The TV had no signal.

The flase eye lash last someone had lost,that was on the top of the bath. Made me jump,at first I thought it was a massive spider! Lol

Our room had a door that linked to another room and they were quite noisy which disturbed our sleep which normally wouldn’t have been an issue but due to an early flight was slightly frustrating.

The location was amazing for the airport. Staff were really friendly and hotel very clean.

The toothpaste given to me, which I've paid together with the toothbrush, was expired. I did not feed this back to staff anymore as I just managed to buy one from a nearby store. I wish slippers are being provided to guests as well. There are no charging ports by the bedside tables too.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel and the location. The leisure club was great!

To be honest the room was too hot had to get the window wide open to cool it down. There was some marks on the walls in the room making it look tired and dated. Only other big bug was downstairs we were sat in the middle eating dinner in the bar area and every time someone went out to smoke the smell came back in which isn’t pleasant when your eating your food.

Good location and the staff very helpful, even the cleaning staff were lovely and helped when I got disoriented along corridor. Showers lovely.

The only negative I can comment on was that the bed sheet was stained.

Location was perfect for going to an event at Birmingham arena. Resorts world was a 5 min walk away. Staff were very friendly.

The breakfast was expensive - I didn't have it. I wish there was a small option - all I want is a coffee and a croissant so £14 is not worth it! It was hard to find the EV chargers - more signage would be useful.

Good location as you can walk to the train station and get into Brum without braving its hideous traffic. A nice spa area. Very helpful staff. EV charging moderately priced.
