“Great location in an attractive village and close to good dog walks. We were staying with our dog in one of the stable rooms; the room was well decorated and cosy, it had a small lobby space which was very useful for dealing with a wet dog. It also had easy access to a generous enclosed garden (which even had poo bins and spare poo bags).
The pub itself was characterful and cosy, the food at diner and breakfast was excellent while also being reasonably priced.
The best thing about our stay was the quality of the staff who were all very friendly and attentive to both us and our dog (dog treats and water bowls at both diner and breakfast!).
We will definitely stay again.”
