  “the patio was nice, the area was lovely. Lovely receptionist Fiona and all the staff were very pleasant and welcoming.Pool was nice, enjoyed my swim. Good water pressure for the shower and nice to find a separate shower and a bath. Elemis toiletries and clean towels. Comfortable bed, rooms are a nice size. Nice and quiet in the evening.”

  “It is a large hotel. Despite this the food and beverage options are good, beating expectations of mass market food delivery. The main grill dining is a wonderful open and well lit space with good options for any budget. Breakfast too was good and unhurried. The mostly local staff are well trained, efficient and welcoming. The best of Scottish Hospitality. The views from the front facing rooms in the main building are outstanding.”

  “The building is fantastic, so interesting. The staff are brilliant, not just good at their job but chatty and humorous too. We only stayed 1 night so did not get to do all the things on offer, but what we saw we liked.”
