“Stayed here as we were seeing Peter Kay. We were upgraded on arrival which was a real treat. Our room was huge as was the bed. The staff on arrival were pleasant as were the evening shift staff. We didn't have breakfast as we like to sleep in. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfy. Most Hotels I've been in are cold in winter but the Queen was lovely. Best of all was walking in to the Hotel. You feel and and are treated like royalty.”

“The staffs are friendly and professional, quick to sort out the issue I had with my room, the environment is very clean, location is good, city centre in just 10 minutes walk away from the hotel, if you don't want to eat in the hotel, there are nice restaurants around.”

“The staff were friendly. The room was nice and clean although very small it felt cosy. it was easy to check in and out. In a great location. The pillows were super comfy. The bed was hard but I like a hard mattress so it was perfect for me. The curtains were very good for blocking out the light.”

“We stayed for nights, we absolutely loved it. I couldn't ask for more. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very good, walking distance to everything. Plenty and shops nearby. We are already looking into booking our next mini break.”
