How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I did'nt like the fact that their is no 24h cafeteria in it 🤦🏼♀️
It was a good experience. I recomend it for students and people who can't afford living in the center of paris. It is near a bus and a metro station. It'a a secure place due to it's kee locks

Not much- rooms small but it's expected as its what you pay for- definitely a budget hotel but very nice considering the price. No hair conditioner provided sadly.
The room had all necessary facilities, was nice and clean, and the location was very accessible and easy to find. The Wi-Fi was fast and functional and the staff were mostly very friendly.

Room is very basic. No kettle/tea or coffee making facilities in the room. But then again it is a budget ibis. Was surprised by the layout of toilet and shower in the room.
Good affordable location to access metro and the Paris convention Centre (15 minute walk). Plenty of nearby shops, McDonald's, bakeries and pharmacies. Got a good price on booking.com compared to nightly rate if paying directly with the hotel on arrival.

The ceiling of the bathroom was not put back when we arrived and it took 3 days for them to fix it. Also the shower door did not close but, was also fix on the 3rd day of our 4 day stay.
Clean and good value. Staff was very helpful.

Cost was higher for the facility and the room size was too small. No cupboards, No locks or latches to the bathroom and toilet. Bathroom was so tiny and the water spilled out.

Top bunk bed was not too comfortable and we had to put sheets ourselves. Problem with distribution of towels which meant impossibility to take a shower after the long hot day, but was adequately compensated for as mentioned.
Staff was nice, we could leave our suitcases. They had a problem with the distribution of towels but gave us adequate compensation.

Very simply breakfast. No space for clothes. Toilet doors have holes up and down - no separation. Only one big shared bed blanket.
Good location, close to metro and train. Mc Donald in next building.

Breakfast is very very simple, not a lot of selection. one elevator for all the guests makes it a little bit hard when you need to take luggage up and down.
Room is clean, Staff are nice and helpful, this hotel is definitely high value for money. Location wise, very close to the metro station and tram.

Windows are locked and cannot be opened, curtains do not make fully dark and in summer there is sufficient light entering the room to wake me up. Breakfast was also quite basic and always the same for my 6 nights stay. It was sufficient, good in quality, basic in choices. nothing like eggs, bacon, ham etc..... but bread and croissants with butter and Jam; 2 jouices, yoghurt and coffe/milk/tea.
It was very clean, as all IBIS are, regardless they are Budget or not. Very clean room, and very clean facilities. Room was very basic: single room with enclosed toilet and Shower practically without extra amenities, just a general soap in the shower. I did not mind much because was travelling for work. 3 minutes walking distance to subway.

Good Budget Hotel having 24*7 reception. Small rooms. No View from Room as such. Advantage - Bus Stop and Metro Station is close to the place. Reception has Kept some tourist information Pamphlets , (Maps, places to visit etc. ) Good Service. Cleaned the Room everyday. Not selected Breakfast option, so not sharing its review, But they have Breakfast option. Satisfactory.
