I personally expected a bit more from the rooms, they are a little bit older. And the rooms were colder, I couldn't figure out how to make it warmer or how the thermostat works. There also was a mix-up with our breakfast, we paid for it but the hotel didn't have it in their system for some reason. But that's not that serious that could happen to anyone.

The receptionist was kind and helpful, other staff were also very nice. The billiard table, location was good, approximately 30min to the city centre.

The double bed was not one double bed. It was two single beds were gathered. The line in the between was really irritating and hurt the body.

Good breakfast, parking in front of hotel, wellness is sufficient. I would recommend this accommodation. Bus stop just outside on the main road. Very quite location.

Although we were staying far away from the city center we still had to pay for the parking during our staying inside the hotels parking area.

Perfect location, beautiful building, super equipped Welness with Jakuzzi, steam cabin, infra sauna, and a big pool.

The staff, especially at the front desk, do not seem interested in their work. The hotel requires urgent renovation. Maybe 20 or 30 years ago it was OK, but now it is hopelessly outdated. We could not close the door of the room with the handle, because the lock was broken, but we had to lock the door every time we left the room. At the entrance door there is a switch to limit the consumption of electricity, on the second day of our stay, this switch fell apart. The bathroom is ancient and very ascetically equipped. My card was charged a few weeks prior to arrival!!! Fewer of us came than we planned (sickness), but we didn't get any bonus because of that.

Not much to say about what I didn’t like. However I visited swimming area twice. During my first visit the female staff was constantly mopping the floor to make sure it was safe. Extremely polite and hard working. My second visit was a bit different, male staff spent most of the time in his wee room, Other than that there is nothing else to complain about

Receptionist who booked me in made mistake and convinced me I was not able to use spa like other clients which was not true hence I could not explore the attractions of this hotel, which was the reason I have booked it in the first place. I stayed in my room for the duration, only to be informed upon check out, that my booking allowed me to use spa and swimming pool. Also the bathroom was not cleaned properly after previous guest with shavings in the sink in my room.

The room was cosy and nice hot shower.
