Poor Hairdryer- Requires constant button pressing, impractical for long hair. The reception staff needs significant training in etiquette and professionalism. Instances such as walking around with unzipped trousers in front of guests are unacceptable. Additionally, revealing a surprise planned by my partner during check-in was inappropriate and ruined the moment.

Excellent Location- Easily walk to all major tourist spots. Good Room- Comfortable and met expectations. Great Breakfast though the pancakes were tasteless.

Nothing everything was amazing

This hotel saved my sanity, after originally booked into another hotel in a different area I needed out of it and whilst sat in the square I went on booking.com and found this great location great hotel so I booked in the morning and 2hrs later our bags were dropped off ready to check in and I’m so glad I did it changed the outcome of my city break.

The location of the hotel in the Place du Capitole is dramatic and convenient, though the rooms do not look out to the square. The rooms are clean and fairly comfortable, perhaps slightly cramped but well equipped with a good bathroom. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was a good quality buffet.

The only thing that could be improved is the temperature of the room. It wasn't possible to regulate that.

It is a wonderful location, a nice and quiet room and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was good as well. Would definitely recommend this place for a nice stay in Toulouse.

Excellent buffet breakfast, helpful and accommodating staff-I arrived at 2.45 am due to a delayed flight and lost luggage. Reception staff assisted to organise a taxi to meet me at the airport and bring me to the hotel.

Unbelievable location overlooking the main square in Toulouse. Toulouse surpassed our expectations for beauty. The whole city centre is pedestrian friendly and easily walked.

-Check-in experience was smooth and the staff readily provided tourism itinerary suggestions because I only had a very limited time in Toulouse. I also had a very early flight and even before the breakfast buffet opened, the staff helped to ensure I managed to get something to eat. Grateful to the staff for going above and beyond. -The staff also reached out to me on the morning before my check-in to make sure I wouldn't have issues with parking in case I was bringing a car. (I was not -- but appreciate the personal approach to informing guests and making sure arrival would be as smooth as possible.) -The room was clean and comfortable -- honestly one of the best Ibis experiences I've had. -Couldn't have asked for a more perfect location that is very central.

The only thing I wasn't keen on was that the floor of the shower gets very slippery when wet. That was my only issue.

The location is perfect. Having a room overlooking the Place Du Capitole was great. And despite it being busy, you couldn't hear the street noise. The room was a great size, too.

Amazing location right on the plaza. Breakfast was incredible and rooms were wonderful. We had connecting rooms which is great when traveling with others. Everyone in the front desk was helpful and warm. The public parking was very close by which is very nice.

Only one thing- no coffee or tea available in my room. This downgraded their facilities score. When I wake in the morning the first thing I go for is a hot drink- tea or coffee. There is free coffee and tea available 24 hours down in reception but-its after showering, dressing and rising. I could have taken a thermos and filled it but its not the same, and I had no flask.

I liked the whole high standard of the Hotel. The linen spotless and a very clean room and bathroom. The shared areas like the dining room and the bar were kept immaculate, as was the lift, landings and stairs. The housekeeping was as good as it can get I think. The location is brilliant - couldnt be better. The room was very quiet and access was very easy. Staff all pleasant and helpful. I really liked Toulouse too!
