Some small collapsible luggage racks would be handy for travellers. Also, there was noise from other rooms heard thru the floors and windows.

The layout of the shower was a bit impractical for our needs, as it was splashing water everywhere but other than that the rest was perfect.

The room was very big, the layout very lovely and the bed was super comfortable. Very good amentities for a longer stay, unfortunately we didn't had the chance to use them.

The outside pavement wasn’t the easiest to walk with suitcases as it had some gravel and stone, but it’s a very small inconvenience.

Very spacious apartment, everything was clean. Location a bit further away from the city centre, but was just around the corner from the event venue which is very convenient. Staff was nice and helpful.

We asked about parking and were told there was none and info given about parking on the streets overnight was not accurate. In the morning, I counted 8 cars parked outside! Room was warm, corridors very warm. A fan was provided but I can't sleep with a fan on. ( opened winow wide!)

Very clean and good quality fittings. You could get fresh milk near the reception and there was a small fridge in the room. Very comfy bed and quiet at night. Shampoo and bodywash provided and again high quality; smelt lovely.

It was a hot weekend in Dublin, but no air conditioning in the room made for hot sleeping. I didn't ask reception about the AC so maybe I could have switched rooms.

Prices in Dublin are significantly higher than in other European capitals we visited. Compared to the prices of apartments in the city center, this one is affordable, especially because it is spacious and very comfortable. But generally speaking, the price is high. The facility is quite far from the city center, but convenient public transportation is available. The bus station is very close to the hotel, but the buses are not frequent, so you should check the timetable before departure.

Our apartment was very comfortable, equipped, clean and bright. The entire facility is very well maintained, with friendly staff. We are very satisfied with our stay.

It was perfect for our stay. The city center is about 10 stops by public transport. The bus also stops in front of the accommodation. Our room was very spacious, and it had a dishwasher, coffee machine, big bathroom, lots of space, comfortable bed. It was really great! There is also a gym, laundry room and you can also pick fresh mint from the garden. Delicious! There is also a coffee machine next to the reception, nice meeting room and it is very clean

It takes about a half an hour to reach the centre either by bus or by taxi due to enormous traffic in the city (due to high number of bus lines and number of low capacity roads). Usually walking around is not much slower :)

Very large room, an apartment with fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), which I did not use :) Very clean, well maintained. The location was exactly where I needed to stay due to my business. It's calm, but relatively remote to the city centre. Number of restaurants 5min. walk away. I forgot the adapter for Irish electricity sockets, but they borrowed me one at the reception.

The sofa was uncomfortable but to be fair we were out most of the time so didn’t impact on our short stay.

Cleanliness. The bed was so comfy! Had everything we required. Would definitely return when visiting our family in Dublin. The pic attached: turn right out the front entrance - 100yds…Ballsbridge is beautiful alone.

noise in bathroom coming from unidentified source (seemed a broken fan). only after 24hours was room change proposed that I did not accepte for the hassle it implied in comparison to the nuisance of the noise.

Rubbish could be removed a bit more often, towels changed faster (only after third request, probably internal miscommunication). More cutlery and dishes would be nice. Appartment had thin walls (loud depending on neighbours).
