Studio apartment is ideally located near main street and close to all the best shopping and city experiences. Free parking is a bonus if you choose to hire a car for a few days to explore the island. Value for money for the 8 days we stayed at the property.

Booking.com had listed the wrong address number on the website which meant we had to trouble the owner to obtain the correct address details. The owner was lovely and very accommodating when requested for assistance. You would hear the street music from other establishments, but only up until 10pm each night which wasn't a big issue.

Everything was really nice, if I could make one suggestion would be different breakfasts if you stay two nights. It was delicious but the breakfast was much the same both mornings. Staff was very friendly and kitchen staff very prompt and attentive.

Clean and very comfortable room (1042) with breathtaking view of the Manhattan midtown skyline. Helpful and friendly staff, in general. Very convenient location. Very good value for money.

Marred by substandard breakfast service offered by adjacent restaurant (indifferent staff, permanent "malfunction" of room-billing system, frequent mistakes in orders, too-loud music). A 10-minute waterfront walk to Hoboken offers a wide range of much better breakfast and dining options. Also, wi-fi is not free unless you register in the hotel's platform. Not cool.

Around big road , big noise but from bathroom is the biggest noise, we could not sleep, no water in the room, no shower cap, no cup for your tooth brush . It is 3 stars hotel, why booking advertising this. There are no conditions for 4 stars hotel

Location wasn’t great. The room was so small, as the joke goes ‘I had to step outside just to change my mind’. The bathroom sink wasn’t in the bathroom; not enough space to open our suitcases; pillows were the worst (nitpicking, but nothing quite like waking up to neck pain in the morning ). But my biggest gripe : without warning they straight up deducted $100usd from my card ( instead of just putting a hold on the amount ) for incidentals which is weird because there’s no bar fridge in the room. Even though it will get credited back (in 5 days ?) that automatically triggers a foreign currency charge - a tourists worse nightmare.
