How small the bathroom is, you can’t really use the bathroom unless the door is open and it’s hard to get into the shower because the door is in the way. If anything it should be a pull to open door for the restroom.

The card keys frequently didn't function at all or sometimes intermittently. They had to be replaced several times during my stay. In fairness, there was a power outage prior to my arrival and one during my stay that was not the hotel's fault and may or may not have affected this. Bathroom and shower were pretty small.

The staff were all wonderful. They were helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Really great.

The property is super outdated, as is the decor and appliances in the rooms. The colors of carpet and counter tops are really gross. It gives you the impression that it's not ever really clean. The smoke detector was not installed or working when we checked in.

The jacuzzi tub in the room is very relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms are insulated well, and you cannot hear the traffic from the freeway very much with your windows closed.

Our room had a funny odour. Not that it bothered us but the building has 3 floors..a lower level, a main floor and an upper floor but no elevator, which would be a problem for many travellers.

The staff were friendly, there was good parking, free wifi, and the room was well appointed. The room had a funny odour. There was a bag in the closet area, I am assuming to remove humidity from the air, I think it was giving off a nasty perfume smell. The breakfast room was clean and bright with lots of choices for breakfast.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was quiet, comfortable and had a very good breakfast selection.

My only real complaints were 1) there was a lot of noise after midnight, and 2) smokers hanging around by the doors let smoke in, which ended up in my room (I'm allergic). As a tourist, I don't stay up until 4:00 am. Unfortunately, the people in the room above mine were often up very late. They were loud enough just walking around that they woke me. As much as I liked the hotel, I probably wouldn't stay here again. I believe the problems is "homeless", long-term stays.

In many ways I really liked this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable with all of the necessary amenities, including a very comfortable bed.

The only downside to staying here was the morning traffic noise.

The front desk staff and housekeeper were outstanding. They were very kind and helpful and did their best to help make our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was good…eggs, sausage, waffle machine waffles, yogurt, fruit, bagels and the best for last COSTCO muffins!!

Timed switches on some of the lighting in the room seemed a little like hitting a campground, instead of a motel. Made me wonder what circumstances led to that...I guess with a slim profit margin, they save where they can...

Staff was friendly & competent. I was just coming up for an evening event, & had everything I needed for that.
