The atmosphere of the hotel is fantastic, the area for breakfast and reception are cozy and allow also any type of activity/working etc. The room, although small, had everything including super comfortable bed and colored lights to give an extra vibe. Everything can be managed via a tabled, blinds, lights, room cleaning. The breakfast was amazing, much better than many ‘famous’ hotel chains. The checkin is self service… it took me literally 2 minutes to scan my passport and get my key. The staff is also very friendly and supportive for any need.

Excellent , friendly, efficient staff . Fantastic location in mid town NYC. The lovely Bryant park was located just across the road from the hotel . Great restaurant/ bar within the hotel . Bedrooms very comfortable, especially the beds and bedding . Some coffee and muffins available in the morning @ reception foyer area. Lovely Molton Brown toiletries in the bathroom . Would highly recommend this very special hotel .

Ingra House is simple, clean and calm place to stay in Anchorage in walking distance to the downtown. The stuff was friendly and gave me advice about where to shop and travel. I liked the shared kitchen so that one does not need to dine in a restaurant each evening. Shared bathroom was not a problem, I never needed to wait for it.

Location is good with walking distance to our point of interest (Convention Center). The front office guy was friendly and helped us with an UPS package that we had delivered to the property. the size of our apartment was good and also the kitchen was well equipped.

We started on the wrong foot - On the night of our arrival, the code offered online at check in was not working for the front door. After a 24 hour trip we stayed for 30 minutes in front of the property with no answer on their phone numbers. Our luck was that some other guests came back to the property and opened the front door. After 3 nights of out 7 night prepaid stay we came to the apartment to find a huge termite infestation. We contacted the property call center to find a solution. They did not have an option for the 3 of us. We had to cancel our plans for the night (tickets to the Jazz Festival worth 350 USD) and move to a different hotel, booked last minute at a huge price. The problem? We paid in average 350 USD/ night. The refund amount issued by the property - 224 USD/night. After the guy from the reception sprayed the room with something to kill the termites his supervisor on the phone actually suggested that we can spend the night in the room...

Check in is annoying. Quite a smell in the appartment + you can't open the windows. Water temperature changes every 30sec, alarm going off for 2 nights in the building

Long and inefficient check-in process. I had four packages from Amazon delivered to the hotel and had notified them well in advance. They lose one of them, although it was delivered and signed for by a staff member of Circus Circus. It was an expensive item, but they refused any compensation and were instead very rude and unhelpful. They offer this service (which is paid!) but through utter incompetence, they completely messed up and then refused to take responsibility. Clearly, this hotel has given up trying and is now only here to rip you off. Absolute disgrace.

It’s a pretty run down hotel and it does not feel like a 4 star hotel. Would say it’s more of a two star hotel. There were burn marks in the carpet at various places and felt not very clean. Their airport car that you could order was also very run down. The driver was on his phone (YouTube or something) while driving, the ac was not working and the padding in the seats was almost gone. We also got a price from the hotel for this shuttle and they then tried to raise the price from nowhere. The driver was also asking us why the price was set to what it was. We had nothing to do with the pricing as it was set by the hotel
