Positive section of review
The staff were wonderful, kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They helped with coffee for meetings in the lobby, and for ordering in food for dinner while I was working in my room. Hayrullah and Tügba were especially helpful. In fact, after my first 9 nights, I returned twice more. Though Istanbul.is busy, the sound proofing and double glazing is great.

Nothing really. But the immediate area is not interesting. However, a 20 minute walk finds Kadikoy.

After reading a few small negative comments, I still thought it was a place to stay and I'm glad I thought about it. I think all the negative comments have been worked on and corrected. All the staff spoke English and even Chinese and Russian are among the languages spoken. You can stay here with peace of mind.

Location is amazing and property has everything you need during your stay. Wifi had issues whilst we were staying but it can be something that may be a temporary problem. Staff worked relentlessly to try and solve it so I respect that.

Besides master bedroom, two additional bedrooms are actually quite tight. So if you are two couples staying for example, it will not be great for one of the couples.

In the day of checking out, we found our baggage in reception at 1:30 PM and before we go out in morning we put " do not distrub" sign, and even with that they inter our room and took out our baggage. Unfortunately, their excuse was "there was misunderstanding"
