Big and clean apartment with a spacious living room. Washing machine. Good price for the location, walkable to shopping malls and many restaurants. Free drive to nearby convenient store. Quiet location. Helpful staff.

Tucked away in a quiet area of Bangkock while being close to Khao san markets and other things. Staff were very accommodating and very nice. The place itself has a very chill vibe and the rooms are quite nice.

Very clean and nice hotel. It is big and the rooms are very pretty and comfortable. The staff is kind. The pool is great.

I would definitely not recommend the nail and hair salon they own across the hotel. They are very pricy compared to others and they don’t always know what they are doing. I had my feet done and it did not look nice and during the appointment you’re definitely not comfortable. I complained about it and they would discuss it, but I’ve never heard back from them. Just like when they ordered us a taxi which was supposed to be a shared one for 150 baht pp and it turned out to be a private one for double the price. We’ve contacted them again, but they haven’t gotten back to us. I feel like the communication could be better.

It's not particularly related to the villas. The sea bed is covered with stones so getting inside the sea is a challenge but other than that, everything is marvelous about this place.

1. The room was old and dusty. 2. There were 5 mosquitos waiting for us when we checked into the room, hence we did not dare to open the balcony doors. 3. The opening time for the pool and gym were short and inconvenient.

Issues with aircon, very loud. Not much around other than the beach. Hotel recommended a day trip around the island - total waste of 900bht. Not the fault of the resort ofcourse, however they should know what they’re promoting. Lovely eggs for breakfast, although not enough western dishes.
