low pressure in the shower, lack of knifes and spoons. nothing to wash dishes. poorly working wifi, often looking for a network. location is in the dead end of the street. you need to walk long distances to get to the main road.

room is clean and bed is comfortable. ac works okey but is a little bit loud and directed on the bed. even though had a room with kitchen amenities there was no knife or any sponge to clean things. just sink and microwave. water was provided every day. about 7 min to 7-11.

These are small things but could help to improve the customer experience. More shower gel in the shower. For three guests it was not enough for our 2 day stay. Dishwashing liquid and drainer. Nothing to wash or dry the dishes with. No tissues in the apartment. No handwash - but a cake of soap was provided. More coat hangers - 4 is not enough for each room. Chopsticks would be nice too. I also did not see extra blankets but it was warm even though we stayed in winter. House slippers would be lovely too. Didn't see an iron and ironing board but it could have been in the other room. The location is a little out of the way, but if you don't mind walking it's fine. 10 mins to nearest 7/11 which is well stocked! Lumphini Park is close by too - 10-15 mins walk. I could hear road noise, but it's Bangkok - it didn't stop us from sleeping.

Check in was easy. Our flight was delayed so they checked with us as to when we would be checking in. It was around midnight so very understandable. The Google map pin is correct. Easy to find on Grab. Rooms were big and clean. Bed side tables and lamps provided - excellent! Plenty of power points around the place. Large clean shower. Plenty of towels. Large closets for hanging clothes and safe provided. Dining room table and couches were all very clean and comfortable. Large coffee table was handy. Plenty of light in main room, rest of apartment was great too. Dedicated work spaces in each room. Excellent! Super comfortable bed with hard and soft pillows. Great pressure in shower. Air con nice and cold and quiet. Washing machine - I think it's a dryer too, but didn't check. Lifts to the room were fast. WIFI 300 mbs upload and download. Quiet, could sleep like a baby. Water provided for the duration of stay. Lovely. Thank you. Very friendly staff. Complimentary shuttle to BTS although we did not take it.

The service was great. Everything was working, there weren’t any disappointments to be honest. Although the facilities are limited, they do provide a smart TV in each room including the living room. The staff are gentle and polite. Shower room was nice. Only bummer was not being able to smoke in the room but you can’t blame them :) AC is amazing but the balcony is absolutely small, not enough space for two people to stand outside. For what we paid, to be honest I would expect a little more but I wouldn’t say I wasn’t satisfied. Bangkok is much more expensive than the other places. As it’s the central.

Not many kitchen appliances available. Not many cutlery, plates, pots, pans, scissors etc. Very upset not to have a rice cooker especially as a Asian country. We have to go out at night to buy a new one to cook rice. Very small kitchen. The location is not great. It is too inside from the main road. For the walking distance to the main road , it is too far especially for the kids. The taxi are not seen frequently near the hotel. I could not walk with the heat and rain to the main road. But the staff is always helpful, could order a taxi online but you have to wait at least 20 mins or could drive you to the main road but if he is out with another customer, you have to wait a while cos the traffic in Bangkok is too bad even for that one round trip to the main road and back to the hotel. I think it is too expensive for such poor facilities and location.

We liked this place, we stayed twice (in June and August 2023). Please read my review from June. Very comfortable and clean, spacious rooms. The staff were pleasant, polite, and honest. There is a decent laundry facility there, if you need to wash any dirty clothes. Located in a safe, and quiet residential area; we had peace of mind when walking to and from the hotel. There is a shuttle to the nearest train station, and you can buy bottled water and other essential items at the reception.

My wife and I stayed at Aspira Residence Ruamrudee in June (for 3 weeks) and again August (for another 3 weeks). Our 1BR was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The hotel is located in a safe residential area, so it is quiet and peaceful. There is a shuttle from the hotel to the nearest train station (BTS) which you can use anytime. You can also walk to the train station, which is about 7 to 10 minutes. My wife and I love to walk, so we walked everyday from the hotel to the city centre and back. The staff are very courteous and friendly; they are honest and will take care of your belongings, so nothing will go missing. There is a laundry with washing machines and dryers which you can use free of charge. There is also a small gym. It was good value for money.
