Positive section of review
Central location. Clean and modern apartments with all amenities needed. Perfect for groups as the three apartments were within one seperate block. Coffee and teas provided. The staff kindly let us check in early on arrival and kept us informed with messages, and let us leave our bags for a later flight after checkout. Beds were so comfy! Fans provided for hotter weather.

In the deluxe apartment it was next to a tram line so quite noisy. Could have been more coffee sachets provided for a full weekend. A safety deposit box would have been good. Outside the apartment looks shabby when you arrive but don’t be alarmed as the apartments are amazing!

The location is close to the center and with a view of the inner courtyard, it is safe from the bustle and noise of the main street with restaurants

The owner does not know English. The messages received before our arrival on booking were in Polish. Very difficult communication with the owner, he hardly responds to requests and only in Polish. When we arrived at the location, there was no toilet paper, the TV did not work because it had no antenna and there were only 2 towels. I sent the owner a message in Polish (with the help of Google translate) and it wasn't until the 3rd day that he brought us toilet paper and 2 more towels. The problem with the TV still hasn't been solved. There is no soap in the bathroom, only a shower gel The kitchen is very simply equipped with dishes There is no coffee maker or kettle in which to make coffee, only instant coffee. There are no curtains or drapes on the windows, so the light entered the room very, very early in the morning, which made the sleep not a comfortable one

The property was fine it was nice enough and had enough space.

The staff have taken a deposit from me before the stay and they have said that we were loud at 5am, when we have photo evidence of the room involved in bed by 2am. They also wrongly said that we have damaged a photo frame on the main stairs and they have no evidence of any of this rather than word of mouth. I feel like this is a common scam that lads in groups get caught out with. Not happy and will appeal this.

Apartment in need of some serious TLC, loose plug sockets, dirty bathroom with an outlet toilet pipe leaking and giving out a horrible smell, tiny duvet (single for a double bed) and even smaller pillows, towels with holes in them and bleach stains.
